Lovely place at the end of a cup de sac with views of the historic town. Hosts very welcoming, the room delightful and a great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Lovely bed and breakfast about a 10 minute drive from Villa del Casale. Piazza Armerina is a lovely town with many dining and shopping options. Luciano is a delight—kind, funny, available when needed but otherwise gave us our space which we appreciated. He went above and beyond in providing us with what we needed for a comfortable stay. Such a lovely property, and we loved his adorable cat! The breakfast is out of this world—he’ll make you as many cappuccinos as you can stomach! Will definitely be back. This is the most pleasent stay we had on our tour round Sicily. Very beautiful place, Nice and charming house, and the host is fantastic friendly. He served us a coffe and cake at arrival. He told us about the city and the place. This place i highly recommended

This is a perfect little gem not far from the city. The breakfast was exceptional. The room quite spacious and the bathroom is renovated and clean. Would especially like to thank Luciano for his endless hospitality, friendly disposition and great breakfast conversations. I would definitely return to the lodging, and would strongly recommend it!

Très agréable séjour, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville depuis les terrasses. Grande chambre confortable, silencieuse et propre. Petit déjeuner très copieux et convivial et Luciano est un hôtel francophone delicieux. Bien avoir en tête qu'une voiture est indispensable, contrepartie de la vue qui nécessite d'être loin du centre-ville.

Très belle maison bourgeoise et beau jardin au calme avec un excellent accueil de Luciano. Bon conseils pour la restauration. Un vrai "bed and breakfast". Pdj excellent.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely hilltop villa for one night so that we could easily visit the nearby Villa Romana del Casale. Unfortunately, the weather had turned cold and rainy so we could not truly enjoy the beauty of the setting. However, we loved the villa, with its incredibly high ceilings and antique furnishings. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast generous, but most of all, we appreciated the warmth and kindness of our host, Luciano. We were especially tickled to learn that he, like us, is a runner--in fact, we learned that all three of us had run the Rome marathon in the same year! Highly recommended.

B&B molto carino ed accogliente con bella vista su Piazza Armerina. Colazione variegata, abbondante e deliziosa. Personale gentile ed accogliente in particolare il signor Luciano molto simpatico e socievole.
