Lovely rooms, helpful staff, and beautiful wellness area which includes a sauna and steam room. Best part was the wide selection of food for breakfast. Bathroom draining could use some work as it was clogged.

Front desk and bar staff friendliness and professionalism; wonderful views and accommodations (rm 55); wonderful spa; upmost professionalism and impeccable (non-intrusive) housekeeping.

Very nice hotel with indoor spa pool and parking 15 minute walk by scenic paved bike/walking path into the busy town of Cortina. Happy with our stay!

The hotel is beautiful. A few minutes by car from Cortina, or a 30-40 minute walk, but they offer a shuttle from the hotel to city center upon request and at no cost. The spa was great. Had many options, but timeframe to use it, is limited. Basically 5 hours on the day you get there, and that’s if you’re not doing any other activity. The spa is available from 1pm til 8pm every day, which means you can’t use it the following morning. Pool should be considered separate from the Spa. Despite being in the mountains, it can get very hot during the summer and the hotel had no AC. They asked us to open the windows, but later provided one of the few fans they have available within the hotel.

Beautiful setting! Spa was refreshing. Breakfast was lovely - many food choices. Front desk, restaurant staff were all very kind, helpful.

Overall was very nice. The spa was excellent. The rooms desperately need better sound proofing.

We stayed in a suite, in the new area of the hotel. The biggest minus is the location - in front of a busy street, so the noise was overwhelming. The rooms were lovely, two bathrooms, which was great. However, there was no AC, and one afternoon the temperature in the room reached a smoldering 32C. They also charged us an extra $700 for having a third person - my daughter, which is crazy, because the price for the suite was high enough. The breakfast was not impressive, and the food choices for dinner limited.

This hotel was stunning and provided a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and the spa area was fantastic, with two outstanding professionals providing exceptional services. I highly recommend staying here.

Restaurant needs to improve menu and quality of their food . other than that everything was excellent

Pour une chambre à ce prix, on peut s’attendre à mieux. Le porte brosse à dents était sale, pas de papier mouchoir dans la chambre et c’est mal insonorisé. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur. À certains moments, il manquait de tout et la pauvre serveuse, qui était seule, ne fournit pas à servir les cafés à tous les clients et remplir les plats.
