洛坎達西爾瓦飯店

飯店位置離聖馬克廣場很近，步行一下即可到達！公共區域有提供水跟茶包還有沙發可以休息，房間設施較為簡單但也已足夠。飯店沒有電梯需爬樓梯，但我們只有輕便行李所以沒有影響。中午12點後就可以入住很方便，退房後也可以免費寄放行李，就地點跟價格而言是威尼斯本島住宿不錯的選擇。

Great location. The staffs were really nice and helpful. The reception, the restaurant staff and the cleaning staff, they were all so nice and friendly. I even wouldn’t like to leave on my last day. One week in Venice was like a dream, and I wish I could stay here longer next time.

地點位置很難找，住在高層抬行李上樓有些吃力。早餐只有麵包選擇。房間都很舒服及整㓗。因近聖馬可廣場，可以隨時回酒店休息。

Das Hotel war sehr Zentral an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Buffet war sehr lecker. Jedoch die Einrichtung und das Badezimmer waren etwas zu altmodisch. Wäre schön wenn es modernisiert wäre.

Very quaint but old as is all buildings in Venice. We enjoyed the stay and dont open the windows to prevent mosquitoes. Luckily we closed it off by 3pm.

The hotel is located close to everthing; rooms are clean, and the breakfast is very good.

I enjoyed my stay here, the room even though for one person was spacious and had a decent view. The shared toilet/bathroom was not ever an issue. It is in a very convenient location with many top tourist spots only a short walk away! And the staff were very friendly.

The location is hard to beat, tucked along a peaceful canal but just minutes from many of Venice’s busiest sights. My room was simple and minimalistic, and while not particularly spacious, the air conditioning made a big difference during the warmer days of my stay. What really stood out was the staff: warm, attentive, and consistently helpful. Daily interactions with them were a pleasure. Breakfast was totally adequate, with fresh croissants and made-to-order cappuccinos adding a nice touch to the mornings.

This was a great location for our vacation as it was centrally located to the things we wanted to see and do. We took the train to Venice and once we arrived, we needed to purchase tickets outside by the canal for the water bus. The hotel is on a canal which is lovely but it's not where the boat drops you off. You will need to walk about 10 minutes to the hotel. There is no elevator but the hotel has a lot of charm. The staff was very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit small but roomier than what we had in Paris. The room was clean when we got there and was cleaned every day we were there. There is water and tea available throughout the day. The breakfast was great! The staff also helped us figure out the Alilaguna boat location and which boat to take to get to the airport (It will take about 1 hour 20 minutes from the dock to the airport.) Overall, a fantastic experience with this hotel!

Great location and the A/C works very well!

大きな荷物がある方は、石畳で狭隘路地が多いので宿まで持ってくるのは大変かもしれないが、反面サンマルコ広場等に近いので宿からの往復は便利となる。そこは判断の分かれ目だと思います。言葉が通じなかったのですが、親切に対応してもらいました。 また、ルームサービス時間（20:30）を過ぎていてたがビールが欲しくなって、無理に頼んだら対応してくれた。とても感謝している。

Charming little property, perfect for a short stay in Venice. Amenities are limited but the location and friendly staff make up for that. There is a lovely breakfast available, and convenient bar for evening drinks on the roof terrace. Thanks for all the help during our stay

It was a very friendly relaxed atmosphere with nice little touches ie common lounge area with tea/coffee facilities.

The rooms are clean and air conditioned. They are cleaned daily. Fresh towels each day as well. The breakfast is great. It has yogurt, fruit, pastries, some sliced meat, pancakes and few extras. Coffee is made fresh for you too.

Location was perfect close to everything

Le personnel est vraiment sympa et disponible, l'accueil et le petit déjeuner est top, le ménage est fait au quotidien même si vous restez plusieurs jours personnels tres respectueux a ts les niveaux un grand merci !.. hotel a 3mn a pieds de la place st Marc, idéalement placé quand on arrive en bateau bus

Wonderful place to stay. Close to the square.
