This is an amazing hotel! The people are friendly and treat you like family. The food is excellent and the morning coffee was included.
We stayed in the panoramic suite which was wonderful, but there were 99 stairs between the piazza and our room. The tiny elevator only goes halfway up. But the view of the Duomo was breathtaking!
The staff communicated before the trip by email and answered several questions.
There is a train a block from the hotel that goes straight to the airport.
We walked everywhere and saw amazing sights every time.

A super convenient location, 4 min walk to Galleria dell’Academia, 5 min walk to Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, 2 min walk to Museo Leonardo Da Vinci interattivo.
lots of food options nearby, many restaurants are over 4.5. Just randomly pick one and dine there, you won’t regret.
The hotel room is big and well cleaned, beds are comfortable. I love the breakfast the most. If I get back to Firenze, I’ll definitely choose here to stay again!

Det här hotellet var långt över förväntan. Kan inte tänka mig någon annan orsak till att de bara har tre stjärnor än att de inte har en egen restaurang, vilket kvittar eftersom de börjar myllra av restauranger två minuters promenad bort.
Vi bodde med en balkong med utsikt över torget, det fanns badrockar och tofflor på rummet, bra minibar med rimliga priser, hiss, parkeringsservice och väldigt vänlig personal. Fem minuters promenad till Domen, området kändes väldigt tryggt, tyst och lugnt på rummet.

Stunning room! Had a balcony overlooking the courtyard, but the beauty of the room was the amazing domed high ceilings and elegant bed. Very comfortable too, however due to the foot end of the bed frame being enclosed, it made it difficult for my 190+ cm partner to stretch out. Bathroom was very nice and had a bath.

This was a last minute booking due to our train back to Rome being cancelled. The front desk was very hospitable and they quickly set up our rooms with extra bedding. There is a fantastic restaurant that serves amazing pastries called Ricordi that is walking distance from the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.
