Best service and everything!

酒店到火车站有一定距离，需要乘水上taxi。酒店的Wi-Fi 很不好，时有时无，房间的角落位置几乎没有。服务好，位置不在主要商业区，但也相对安静人少些。

It’s a beautiful hotel on a canal! We had a full wall of windows overlooking the canal and it was wonderful. The location was also quiet and out-of-the-way, but still close to main areas like the Rialto Bridge, restaurants, and shopping.

Lovely building, very clean, staff was very helpfull and friendly, breakfast was good Really liked the art deco in rooms.

The breakfast was great. The staff were super nice and helpful. They offered to store bags after we checked out so that we could go explore the city. They had refreshments and pastries throughout the day. Free water. The Expedia stay got us a free bottle of wine. Overall in our week in Italy this was the best hotel we stayed at.

This hotel was beautiful and our room was incredibly comfortable and spacious for a family of 3. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet and the easy walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and attractions. This hotel is also just a 5 minute walk to the the main water bus that goes to the Marco Polo airport, so it was very convenient on our departure day.

Beautiful room with a canal view in a quiet area, just steps from the ferry, shops, and restaurants. Great breakfast and loved the complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Perfect location!

Hidden gem.

Our stay at this hotel in Venice was nothing short of a nightmare. We were placed in room on the second floor—a dirty, stuffy space with a broken safe, a non-functioning air conditioner, broken closet door, and a suffocating atmosphere that made it nearly impossible to sleep. The floor was slanted, making it impossible to keep anything steady on the table, and the hairdryer was useless—its stand broken and the device itself not working. To make matters worse, there was an exposed and broken outlet in the bathroom, a serious safety hazard considering the 220-volt electricity supply. Despite being advertised with a canal view, the only glimpse we got was by bending awkwardly out the window. On the first night, unable to endure the heat and lack of air, we had to be moved in the middle of the night to another room temporarily, leaving our belongings behind. The next morning, no manager was available to address the situation, no matter how many times we asked. Simon, one of the hotel attendants, promised us a refund for the first night and swore he would resign if the refund wasn’t processed. It's now been nearly two weeks since our return, and we’ve heard nothing. We've sent follow-up emails, and while they continue to request our bank information, no refund has been issued. This hotel is run by unprofessionals, and if there is a manager, they clearly don’t care about their guests’ experiences. If you're thinking about staying here—be my guest. But don't say you weren't warned.

Perfeito para um quatro estrelas. Atende os requisitos de uma estadia com muito conforto: ficamos em um quarto amplo e com vista para o canal, boa cama e travesseiros, roupões, banheira confortável e toda gama de produtos de banho e para o corpo. Localização estratégica, a uma pequena caminhada do vaporeto E que sai da Estação Central de S. Lucia. Para quem escolhe ir e vir da Estação Central a pé também é facilmente acessível por uma linha reta em 20 minutos. O único detalhe a estar atento é a entrada da acanhada rua que dá acesso ao hotel. Como outras, parece sem saída, mas basta ir em frente e atravessar uma ponte e bingo: já está lá. Café-da-manhã excepcional e chá com amenidades disponível o dia inteiro, com café, croissants, água, balas e doces. Em resumo, o nome do hotel condiz com o que é oferecido: UNA “boa” Ezperienze!

Estuvo muy bueno. Recomiendo que se le hagan algunas remodelaciones a los cuartos, pero tengo que decir que el personal fue excelente. Nos ayudaron en todo muy amablemente y nos teníamos que ir a las 6am así que nos dejaron dos bolsas preparadas con snacks, agua, frutas, etc, para que no nos fueramos sin alimentos al viaje. De veras que el servicio es excelente. Los cuartos pueden recibir algunas remodelaciones.

La habitación muy cómoda, me hubiera gustado más si no tuviera alfombra. El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de todo. El último día tuvimos un problema con el agua en el baño, se resolvió. El lugar donde se sirve el desayuno es demasiado pequeño.
