Location very good, near the termini station. Room fairly large. But the choices of breakfast quite limited.

Overall very good hotel, excellent location. Only bad part is next to a church which always have the church bell ring

O rooftop que eles divulgam tanto não tinha nem música tocando quando fomos. O hotel é o primeiro 5 estrelas que fico que não tem piscina. A internet é péssima e cobrada a parte.

Room service was variable, not done properly, refills were sporadic at best, breakfast buffet was not what you would expect from a 5 stars hotel.

We stayed 4 nights and loved it. We only had breakfast there once, but it was great. The AC is a major plus.

Everything was ok but bed was uncomfortable because I could feel the springs

The property was luxurious. I was late checking in, so they gave me an upgrade to the Suite. They were more than accommodating on ENEY level. The doorman finding us water, the front desk, bell men, and the host and hostess on the rooftop restaurant, getting us food late night after hours. Will definitely return when back I. Rome. Excellent service all around .

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was convenient for us because we were traveling via train and it’s literally right next to Termini station but besides that it’s pretty far from all major attractions. Roof top bar was nice also.

10/10 – Would absolutely stay again! NH Collection Roma was a beautiful hotel! Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of option; even for vegetarians, gluten free and vegans folks, which I personally appreciated since Im a vegetarian. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the city and a lovely bar/restaurant where we had a great time. The hotel is located right next to Roma Termini, as well as very close of buses stops, taxis stops and other public transportation. Loved everything about our stay!

Mi hanno fatto pagare il parcheggio due volte. Camera premium con vista città che sembrava la basic. Vista assente. Eravamo sul retro. Un 5 stelle con bagno minuscolo e vasca scrostata. Macchia di umidità sul soffitto sopra il letto. Camera insonorizzata e abbiamo sentito la TV di quello accanto. Carta da parati rotta in 5 punti. Cartello DND introvabile tanto che alle 9,30 si è presentata la cameriera. Un incubo. Personale al desk presuntuoso quando ho avanzato dubbi sulla correttezza della prenotazione. Non mi rivedranno.

This is a great hotel because of the location but it’s not a 5-star as advertised. The rooms are a bit dated and the shower wasn’t the cleanest, but if your only in town to catch a train from Rome Termini, then you can’t beat the location! The staff is really friendly too.

テルミニ駅ほぼ直結のロケーションは素晴らしいです。日本語は通じませんが英語ができれば滞在においては問題ないと思います。 4泊で予約したのですがアップグレードをしてくれてスイートルームに滞在することができました。どういう条件でアップグレードされるのかは分かりませんが、たまたまチェックインのタイミングで宿泊客が少なく、空室が合ったのかもしれません。リビングとベッドルームがそれぞれ独立していて、さらには高い天井もあり広く感じました。バスタブはなくシャワーのみでした。多分40~50m2くらいのお部屋だと思います。 シャワールームは引き戸がついていて周りが水浸しになることはなかったので良かったですが、泡切れが悪くて排水がうまくいかず泡にシャワーをかけながら排水する必要があるのは改善ポイントだと思います。 朝食もいただきました。 各種フルーツジュースはもちろん100%でしたし、必要十分なラインナップだったと思います。毎日メニューが変わらないのは仕方ないですが、少し変化があると嬉しかったです。 五つ星ホテルの中では比較的リーズナブルでありながらもしっかり五つ星のサービスは提供されていたと思います。おすすめできます。
