Fabulous property, loved it

The site is incredibly beautiful and our double room was spacious and very well decorated.

5e séjour, en réservant pourtant une chambre de luxe, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre sans vue sur la nature. Au contraire, il fallait fermer les rideaux pour être à l’abri des regards

Cadre paradisiaque, personnel professionnel et aimable. spa détente extérieur et intérieur sur le domaine. Bella vista de notre restaurant sur les piscines. Un grand choix sur la carte des menus et petit déjeuner. C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Palazzo toujours aussi émerveillé des lieux 😍

We tried to cancel but hotel said we had to do it through you. When we tried that you said you couldn’t find our reservation so we still got charged and couldn’t even change the date! Never using you again!

Great Hotel

Fantastisk sted, hvor vi kommer tilbage

The place speaks for itself. One of the best resorts we have stayed. A little out of the the way for travel to and from near by cities but if you have car it is easy to get around.

The stay was great. Beautiful resort. Good food. Only issue was AC was not getting colder than 23. We like a cool room. We called a few times but it didnt really change. Also for anyone from US you have to put key card in slot in wall for lights to work. We had no idea.

Great stay with a very helpful staff

Beautiful property. The gardens were amazing. The staff was fantastic and it might’ve been one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in in my life.

Kamers te warm wegens slecht functionerende airco. Sommige mensen super vriendelijk maar vooral rond pool restaurant geen aardige mensen. Voelde je hierdoor niet welkom. Andere restaurants beter. Personeel loungebar overwegend niet gemotiveerd. Overall prima maar zeker niet zo luxe als ze zich voor willen doen. Kamer ook zeer gemiddeld.

The Palazzo is a very well designed spa resort in a pretty area with excellent dining options. The staff is generally friendly and very helpful and we had excellent dinners and massages. The maitre d in the restaurant in the mornings was very good natured and helpful in providing me with take out coffee for my wife who likes to stay in bed to drink her coffee. The rooms were comfortable and well designed (we stayed in a superior room on our first visit and a deluxe on our second visit) and the bathroom amenities were of good quality) The only disappointments were with the TVs in the rooms which were not smart so we could not watch Netflix on them and the pool table in the hallway which was just for show. The only minor hiccup was at check out on our second visit. I had hit on the golf range one afternoon and was told to buy tokens at the spa, which I did. Then at check out there was a charge for the tokens, rental clubs and the use of the range. I told them I had my own clubs and that I was never told that there would be a charge in addition to the tokens to use the range so we had to wait for someone from the spa to come to the front desk to settle the matter. Finally, the rental was reversed but the charge to use the range was not. It was not about the money, it just it seemed petty not to reverse the additional ten euro for use of the range after we spent a good deal of money at the resort. Regardless, it is a nice place to relax and very close to 5 stars.

Very well designed getaway with excellent dining

Nous connaissions déjà ce resort et étions venus plusieurs fois avant 2020. J'ai souhaité faire une surprise à ma femme pour un grand anniversaire. Toute l'équipe a juste été fabuleuse de gentilesse, d'anticipation, d'attentions, et nous a permis de vivre un séjour réellement de rêve ! L'établissement est toujours aussi agréable, les restaurants sont sublimes, le spa incroyable, mais surtout et toujours le personnel. Nous vous saluons et vous souhaitons bonne continuation, jusqu'à la prochaine fois ;) Laurent et Rosaine.
