Staffs are good and helpful. Breakfast quality and services was good. As in City centre. Some metal drilling sounds outside which was quite distrubing but stop before midnight.

位置方便，旁邊就是火車站和捷運站，附近還有超市。 但是房間偶爾有振動，但不影響入睡。

Generally good. Just one thing, maybe it's due to metro or tram system of Rome that make the bed tremble once in a while.

非常不错的酒店，离火车站很近，服务也好，住了六晚还送了两瓶红酒，非常满意！

离Termini步行约8分钟，门口附近修路，晚上到需要找一下酒店门口。门口有个小花园。几个小电梯，容量很小。房间很有设计感，错层，面积也大，干净，舒适。不足是卫生间无窗无通风。

Location good , close train station .very clean and very nice bath room . And very beautiful restaurant.very romantic design .

Pros: the service staff are really good and friendly Cons: the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The services you would generally have access to without added cost in 5 star are not available here. Rooms in general were clean-ish but not really up to standard.

The room was beautiful, updated very nice. It was not cramped, the shower could have been updated, tiles were old or worn out. Service for the room needs help, the coffee was not filled every day, had to have it requested, they mentioned water is complementary the first day you get your room, but it's only that day, the rest of the days you need to pay for it. Room service is amazing, they have a very good chef. Overall very nice and pleasant and close to the train station!

Disappointed. Issues with security, privacy and misrepresentation of the room.

Experience was great from beginning to end. The staff was attentive, the rooms were spacious, clean . Definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Rome

Very clean. Tentative staff. Large size room. Breakfast was included, delicious, with so many fresh healthy varieties.

Decent property, says 5 star on Google but more of 3.5 star. Staff was extra friendly though and some good places to eat pizza and gelato are close.

the room service food wasnt that good

Struttura impeccabile, camere pulite e personale molto cortese. Colazione a buffet ottima, e cena con piatti gourmet di qualità super. La spa bellissima.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und liegt gleich beim Bahnhof und ist somit sehr gut vom Flughafen mit dem Zug erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Es gibt gute Restaurants in der nähe, welche sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ebenfalls zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel jedem der nach Rom reist ;-)
