從機場駕駛到酒店大約十五分鐘 酒店員工好有善同helpful 房間的露台很大，可以直接日光浴 但略嫌房間有點暗 早餐的地點在頂層，對著海景很不錯

Great value for money for location

My stay was on Saturday, so it could be different on other days of the week, but the area close to the hotel is like Las Vegas Strip with hundreds of people walking and shouting, cars honking, and bikes revving till late night. And there is almost none sound insulation, so if you go to bed early, there's no chance to sleep. Moreover, if you are at 3rd floor you can hear screech of chairs scraping in the restaurant/cocktail bar at 4th. Another disadvantage is the lack of kettle in the room. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel with a great view on the sea, varied breakfast (though, strangely, there's no orange juice!), and an underground parking (it's next to impossible to park on the street).

L’accueil est toujours sympathique. Le personnel est très disponible même s’il ne peut pas toujours trouver une solution. Dans les chambre l’équipement est perfectible. Pas toujours une bouilloire, jamais une cafetière, pas de chaussures d’intérieur si on ne les demande pas. Si l’hôtel est bien placé et benn exposé pour les chambres côté mer, il a un très gros problème : le bruit très fort. Bruit de la circulation, bruit venant de l’intérieur. Au premier étage côté sud une boîte de nuit fait trembler les mur et empêche de dormir. Au dernier c’est le bruit du restaurant en terrasse jusqu’à minuit et le matin le même restaurant produit le bruit de rangement des chaises. Ajouter que l’escalier est très sonore. Si on aime le bruit ….

Very clean, good location and excellent breakfast!

the hotel is listed as four stars, but i feel they cut a lot of corners, which may result in disappointment from customers expecting four star service. they didn't provide free water or coffee like many other hotels do as a basic service, and their AC was leaking water over our floor. that being said, the room was clean and modern, and the facilities like the rooftop restaurant were nice. the surrounding area was safe and walkable, including many restaurants, but so loud at night and basically impossible to sleep when facing the street.

They had party on the roof top, loud music, impossible to sleep till after midnight.

Very happy with hotel, no issues at all

The most awful stay in Italy. Terrible customer service and terrible room. Very noisy couldn't sleep and very terrible and dirty area. Nor recommended!

Permessa posizione spettacolare, il personale ha fatto il possibile per trovare una soluzione al rumore che c'era nelle camere, ma anche altre stanze , presentavano lo stesso inconveniente. Complimenti ancora al cuoco, tutto buonissimo, una domanda mi sono posto a colazione, perché il tostapane non e collegato e non ci sono spine dove poter allacciare?

Wasn’t a good choice. The biggest problem is noise. Mainly from the corridor, rooms above and next. Door opening and closing all day and night. Breakfast was basic but pretty good. Amenities in the room very basic.

Is very far of the center but have a very good location close to the ocean and beautiful view of the etna

Hotel nuovo che si affaccia sul mare, camera piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario, Roof-top spettacolare per colazione e bar, non frequentato.Personsle gentile e disponibile. Consigliato
