Soggiorno perfetto per famiglie con bambini. Alloggio pulito e accogliente. Posizione ottima vista la vicinanza al mare (appena 100 metri). Proprietario dello stabilimento balneare, in convenzione con la struttura, risulta essere scontroso, irascibile e poco contento di concedere gratuitamente i propri ombrelloni e lettini.

On arrival, we were't blown away by the exterior looks of the place, but 1st impressions can be deceiving! We really loved it here!
There were 4 of us (children 10 and 7 & the youngest has ADHD) & we found that we didn't want to leave the accommodation at all!
The apartments are a bit random in style, but it doesn't matter when it becomes your home for a week. The children's beds were in the kitchen, but it was never a problem. They are comfortable, safe & the air conditioning is great. All the linen (inc towels) was included, which sometimes you find lacking. You need your own beach/pool towels, but that's expected. The kitchen was well stocked. Could have done with a toaster & a kettle (10 mins + to boil water & grill toast in the microwave is just a 1st world problem so not really an issue - just a personal thing).
The beach & pool were a min walk away in each direction & 2 sun loungers & umbrella come with your apartment in August which was fab so we always had a base to head to. The beach was never too busy, the sea is warm & shallow until quite a way out so felt really safe with the children & the beach is lovely & sandy. The pool was fantastic. Really big & clean with plenty of room.
The staff were lovely & you can tell it's a family run place.
They also have a couple of regular washing machines that are free to use.
I think the hardest thing for us was that we didn't have a car so the nearest supermarket was a 10 min walk away, but again we got round that.

The staff were lovely & you can tell it's a family run place.

Résidence avec piscine, à deux pas de la plage, ou nous avons bénéficié de deux transat avec parasol avec la location, ce qui est appréciable. Plage immense, peu fréquentée avec une eau chaude. Appartement bien équipé, mais salle de bain vétuste. Connexion au wi-fi impossible.Belle piscine.
Résidence assez loin du centre ville de Ravenna.

Ingen rengøring, de lukker poolen når det passer dem. Ingen håndklæder, ingen toilet papir, ingen gratis toilet artikler, selvom det er oplyst. Airconditionanlæg virker ikke altid. Ingen balkon, selvom det er oplyst. Ventilation larmer vildt meget. Intet komfur, selvom det er oplyst. Ingen hårtørrer, selvom det er oplyst. Ingen service. Måtte tjekke ud en nat før tid, kunne ikke holde at være her mere. Fyldt med arrogante italienske personale. Kan ikke anbefales, kommer her igen!!!!!!

La mia esperienza è positiva. È una struttura molto pulita con arredi nuovi. L' unica pecca l'ho trovata nell'uso della cucina ad induzione che ha tempi di cottura lenta e dall'assenza della lavastoviglie. Per il resto tutto bene, il posto è tranquillo e vicino ci sono tutti i servizi: centro commerciale, farmacia, pizzeria, forno, etc. La spiaggia è attrezzata pulita il personale cortese e si può pranzare stesso in spiaggia.

Struttura pulita e staff cortese. Letti un pò scomodi per materassi non proprio al top della qualità. Non era segnalata l'assenza del phon nel bagno. Unica nota negativa: chiasso fino a tarda notte per una compagnia molto rumorosa sotto la finestra e fine dell'ora del silenzio un pò troppo presto: ore 7.00 sembrava di essere in un trasloco. Tornerò comunque a soggiornarci.
