Amazing location, room was super nice, clean and comfortable

Most comfortable unit ! Had everything within reach. Even a washing machine and clothes rack Andrea was fabulous. Helped us book our car rental and was very patient. The entire staff was excellent.

Personale disponibile e gentilissimo camere bellissime e pulitissime comodità nel raggiungere il mare e altre zone d'interesse. Complimenti a tutto il personale e alle camerieri ai piani per la pulizia delle camere .

해변과, 식당, 상가 ,슈퍼 ,성당등이 가까이 있습니다 기차역은 도보 15분 정도, 올드 타운도 15에서 18분 정도 되며 숙소는 깨끗하고 친절하며 모든 것이 좋았습니다

Appartamento con camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, cucina completa, terrazzino con tavolino. Buona soluzione vicina centro città, mare e palacongressi. Parcheggio in strada a pagamento oppure due soluzioni di parcheggio privato dell'hotel, da 5 a 15 euro al giorno. Bike sharing gratuito. Ottima tariffa fuori stagione.

Struttura in una posizione strategica, appena fuori dalla confusione ma comunque vicina alla spiaggia ed ai punti di ristoro.Con la finestra aperta si avverte appena il rumore del traffico. Silenzioso la notte. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio sorvegliato da videocamere a pochi passi dalla struttura. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Das einzig positive ist die Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und geschäften. Die Appartements sind abgewohnt und Schmutzig. Verbrannte Vorhänge. Schimmel in der Küche sowie Dusche. Rost in der Mikrowelle. Wir werden die Unterkunft definitiv nicht mehr besuchen.

Great location very friendly staff

Clean room, big bathroom but the toilet in a tight location, stove, fridge, full sink, and full table. Great location, about 10-15 min walk to train station, lots of shops, near beach, lots of volleyball, basketball, tennis and other courts for activities. Many beach clubs and restaurants. Great facilities!

Ottimo pernottamento

Ottima struttura, vicino al mare e alla piu bella passeggiata di rimini, non è lontano neanche dal centro di rimini

Strandnahes und ruhiges Appart-Hotel. Appartment mit Duschbad, Küche und Balkon. Alles was man braucht in der Nähe (Bahn, Bus, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Supermarkt und natürlich der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar). Rezeption 24h besetzt, sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Eine Mitarbeiterin spricht Deutsch, ansonsten Englisch und Italienisch. Das Hotel befindet sich nach meinem Eindruck in einem ruhigeren Teil Riminis zwischen den "feierlastigen" Bereichen. Strandhinweise: Die Strände sind mehrheitlich privat bewirtschaftet, d.h. zum liegen muss man eine Strandliege mieten. Das Spazieren am Strand ist aber möglich. Wer gratis liegen will, muss Ausschau nach den "spiaggia libera" halten, den s.g. freien Stränden. Ein großer freier Strand mit Dusche und Toilette befindet sich direkt am Riesenrad (2.500m zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus). Ein kleiner freier Abschnitt in Hotelnähe befindet sich auf Höhe der Piazzale Kennedy.

Posizione centralissima, ottima pulizia, personale gentile e pronto ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Ottima sistemazione. Da consigliare vivamente.

Ottime finiture, stanza moderna, attrezzata, con balconcino, vicinissima al mare e alla zona del passeggio, personale cortesissimo, parcheggio disponibile gratuito a pochi minuti di camminata, tutto molto confortevole. Da tenere in considerazione sicuramente se si tornasse a Rimini.

Rooms are a little small, there was 3 of us away to watching the northern Ireland match in San Marino and room was meant to be big enough for 4, would've been a bit of a squeeze, shower situation not ideal privacy wise but no big deal, overall happy enough for all we needed it for 👍

Great 3 star hotel with the added benefit of a kitchenette. Location is just a 3 minute walk from the prom. Convenient to shops and restaurants but no sea view. Then again the cost is very reasonable. Would definitely stay again when in Rimini.
