佛羅倫斯Room Mate Collection Isabella飯店

Located on a chic shopping street (above Gucci), this hotel is within easy walking distance of Florence’s major sights and the train station. Rooms are modern and comfortable, and the complimentary still and sparkling water is a thoughtful perk. Just be aware: top-floor rooms can get stuffy in summer, as the A/C struggles with the heat. Also, the hotel elevator starts on the first floor above ground, so people who have difficulty walking up stairs need to be aware.

Very nice location, service and cozy room to stay in Florence! Highly recommend.

Great service and location. Room is small and no elevator from ground floor. Bathroom does not smell well.

Overall good,especially for shopping. the only thing is the staircase before reaching reception need some more energy.

飯店位置非常好,我們住了四晚,非常開心,尤其check out當天剛好是我的生日,早餐吃完以後他們驚喜的送上蛋糕給我,讓我感到很貼心,是個很用心的飯店,下次一定會在選擇這間飯店, 若要說改善的地方,可能是光線有點不足,晚上的時候感覺不夠亮,其餘都非常的好!

房间是真心的小，绝对的迷你。地理位置不错在精品店铺旁

Nice location but is a little bit far away from rail station, and not convenience for consumers with big luggage. the room is so nice and comfortable.

方便遊覽FLORENCE

可能是佛罗伦萨真的很小吧，从火车站走路10分钟左右就能到酒店，从酒店出发5分钟能到百花大教堂，酒店门口一条街全是奢侈品店，地理位置绝佳。酒店的房间很漂亮，也不算小。只是就算搭电梯也要先爬一层楼，对于拖着很多行李的人来说是个大挑战，不过好在酒店服务生会主动来帮忙。酒店提供早餐，选择不少，但也只能说能吃饱。

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good and convenience to all the tourist points. One thing I don't like is the toilet's door is just face to the bed.

Prefect locations... Nice clean n tidy.. Helpful n friendly front desk!

住宿了四天，每天也有供應早餐，時間至到中午十二點，不會因睡晚了而不能進餐，而且款式算多，服務很友善；酒店職員建議的餐廳也很棒，整體而言，十分滿意今次的住宿！強烈推介！

Room is really nice, and match the environment of Florence. Very suitable for couples.

鄰近景點, 即使到大教堂/ 廣場/ 美術館都只需步行10分鐘左右. 房屋配套可以, 職完亦很友善

위치, 서비스, 조식, 청결함, 시설 그냥 다 최곱니다 후기 잘 안 쓰는데 모처럼 잘 쉬고 가서 리뷰 남깁니다 매일 매일 스틸, 스파클링 물 각 1병씩 리필해주시는데 500미리 물 한 병에 1~2유로 받는 유럽에서 너무 좋은 서비스였네요 아침도 맛있었어요
