Insgesamt ein solides Hotel, welches wir vor allem wegen der sehr guten Lage in der Nähe des Markusplatzes gebucht haben. Die Lage ist ideal um Vendig zu erkunden.
Unser Zimmer hatte hohe Decken und eine gute Klimaanlage. Leider wirkte das Zimmer schon etwas abgewohnt und der Kühlschrank war nachts relativ laut.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Statt einem Frühstück gibt es abgepacktes trockenes Gebäck, Joghurt und Saft. Was für ein Hotel, das zu einer Patisserie gehört, sehr schade ist. Man bekommt einen 10% Gutschein für die Patisserie, aber bei dem hohen Preis für die Übernachtung sollte das Frühstück unserer Meinung nach inklusive sein!
Pro Tag und Person werden eine Kapsel Kaffe und eine 0,5l Flasche Wasser bereitgestellt. Das haben wir als etwas knapp empfunden.
Unser Zimmer wurde bis 16 Uhr nicht gereinigt. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man das Zimmer für eine Mittagspause nutzen möchte.
Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag problemlos möglich.

El servicio fue excelente desde nuestra llegada. El hotel realizó las reservas para recogernos y llevarnos al aeropuerto, un poco costoso pero el servicio valio cada centavo porque pudimos vivir la experiencia de los canales de Venecia de principio a fin. Los empleados muy amables y la habitación muy amplia y limpia.

We LOVE this hotel. So much so we changed our reservation last minute to come BACK to Rosa Salva (we were supposed to stay closer to the airport at the tail end of a cruise) The room we got this time A105 had the biggest double shower ever. And my 15 year old loved that you could synch up your phone to the shower speakers. The front desk takes care of all transport to and from airport, if requested and for a cost. We will definitely only stay here should we find ourselves lucky enough to be back in Venice

We loved our stay here! The staff was so incredibly kind & helpful. The location is really close to everything! We would walk to st marks every night & there’s so much choice around for dinner. Places for every budget. Know you aren’t by water so there’s no view per se but just a short 3 minute walk and you’re right on the water. The walls were a little thin but nothing ear plugs can’t fix. AC worked super well! And there’s free water in the minibar everyday which we would bring with us while we walked around. My daughter & I felt super safe the whole time. Would stay here again in a heart beat

Great little hotel. We had a room on the 3rd floor, so quiet. Perfect location near St Marks Square and the Rialto bridge. Rosa Salva pastries downstairs were great. Really helpful staff, would definitely stay again. Perfect for our long wknd getaway.
