We had a wonderful stay. Laura and staff took great care with us and made wonderful arrangements for transportation and tours. We had a great experience and would recommend a stay there to anyone. The view from our rooms were outstanding the breakfast was amazing and I can't say enough of the care they gave us.

This is a fantastic boutique, small hotel located in the middle of everything with great views, and the staff willing to go above and beyond, and the morning breakfast buffet was outstanding.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and really make you feel welcome. A great place to stay!

駐車場まで車で出迎えきてくれました。朝ご飯はオーガニックの卵や、地元の食材がいっぱいでとても美味しかったです。子どもにわざわざ卵料理も作ってくれました。 部屋からの景色は最高でした。

Laura è un host eccezionale, si prende cura del cliente a 360°, eccellente la colazione che prepara in buona parte personalmente con prodotti di qualità superiore. Quello che mi ha colpito è la cura del dettaglio: nella ristrutturazione, nelle scelte di arredamento, nelle posate (!), nella scelta di alimenti per intolleranze. Letti con topper comodissimi. Insomma consigliatissimo.

This hotel is what made our stay in Ragus Ibla so wonderful. Laura is amazing with all that she does! The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with so many homemade options. The location was great since you're already in the old town (Ibla) and can easily walk from the hotel to the duomo and cafes. We will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay in a fabulous location. Our host drove down to the main parking lot and picked us up along with our bags so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. She was lovely - providing a map with where to go/what to do and where to eat. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of local pastries and fresh juice and delicious cappuccinos. Everything was perfect - would definitely recommend a visit to gorgeous Ragusa.

From the detailed emailed directions through the labyrinth of Ibla to the beautiful room and abundant breakfast this little gem lacked gor nothing. Staff is exceptionally kind. I felt more like a guest in someone's exquisitely updated but historical home.

Simply amazing. Beautiful room, great location, super friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. It's a 6 to 7 minutes walk from the nearest parking spot.

Marzia is an amazing host. Even though we were early for our check in, she accommodated us by holding our bags AND making me a cappuccino! The room is fantastic and it is very walkable to the old areas of Ragusa Ibli

Great little B&B with a fantastic view of the old town in Ragusa Ibla. Just a note to people the property does have stairs and there is no car access to get to the apartment ( you’ll need to walk for a bit with bags) so anyone with limited mobility will struggle.

El hotel es una monada y la ubicación es perfecta para conocer Ragusa a pie. Desayuno mejorable. Cuidado con las escaleras desde el parking de la república si llevas equipaje pesado, no hay otra manera de llegar a Ragusa Ibla. Si bien hicimos la reserva con poca antelación, todo parecía correcto. Cuando llegamos al hotel no había nadie para registrarnos ni nos habían mandado las instrucciones. Tuvimos que esperar un buen rato en la calle y sin que nos cogieran el teléfono. Una vez nos atendieron, todo bien.

Everything is mostly great. Marzia is a fantastic receptionist and helper. However, I have 2 concerns: WiFi didn't work and they couldn't fix it during 2 days that we were staying there. They should have warned that it is down so I wouldn't have to spend an hour trying to connect. Also, breakfast panini were stale. That's why I gave 4 stars for property condition and facilities.
