In the old town, easy to walk to attractions. Rental car’s navigation took us to a very narrow street, we should have followed the instructions from the hotel email. Hotel manager came out, sat in our car and directed us to the right place to park.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Stayed in Garden room which was excellent. Staff were excellent and location first class. Only error we made was startling for only one night.

They are top notch. I would consider it a totally 5-star hotel. Breakfast crew are so lovely, the front desk are spectacular , and the cleaning lady is a total hero. It’s spotless clean and meticulously decorated. Please make sure you book with them directly, to get a better deal.

What a lovely stay on the hillside of this Mediterranean Island. Lovely staff: receptionists, housekeepers, breakfast crew, you name it. Spotless clean, easy parking, and right in the middle of everything.

Location in old town very handy

We stayed here for two nights in a standard garden room. While the furnishings lacked charm, the room was extremely comfortable for the two of us. Great bed and quality linens. Excellent AC. Quiet surroundings. Generous breakfast. Close to outstanding restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere from here. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, interesting town. Hotel rooms need improvement. Not even a bottle of water in room. Good breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was great in a beautiful setting with good views. The location was very close to Ibla

On first appearances all seemed nice, but the hotel lacked any character and was rather soul less. The room was clean and tidy but dull. Bathroom was small and lacked anywhere to put anything. There was no sitting area anywhere in the hotel and the lack of staff except in reception, gave it a rather impersonal and empty feel. Staff at breakfast were unfriendly and seemed disinterested in the guests. All rather underwhelming in the end.

Hermoso hotel. Se merece las 4 estrellas. Ubicación inmejorable, excelente atención. Pequeña recomendación: nos dieron habitación 8 la cual estaba al lado de cuartos de servicio y por la mañana hacen mucho ruido.

Hotel tres bien situé et organisé pour les arrivées avec bagages, le stationnement et les visites, points très importants dans une ville aux rues étroites avec ZTL et située en hauteur. Aussi la vue est superbe. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner buffet, peut de choix et réchauds non adéquats.
