Rigtigt fin hotel og venlige personale ( dog engelsk er de hvertfald ikke så gode til ) Vil fremhæve især Martini fra receptionen og Maria fra restauranten . Morgenmad/frokost/aftensmad var meget af det samme generalt . Hvis man ikke kan li maden bl.a. fordi det er det samme så kan man købe mad i restauranten som tilhøre hotellet . De laver god pizza der 👍. Ellers var det en god oplevelse generalt 😎

If you book from a third party site, make sure they give you the right type of room. Breakfast options were limited. Air conditioning only went down to 22 degrees (hardly cooled the room). Room had tatty wallpaper in places. Too noisy to sit out and enjoy the balcony. The staff were very pleasant and polite. We will not be booking here again.

I returned to the Saracen for the second time with my family.
I strongly recommend for family with kids, great fun with the animator team both on the beach with music, exercises and in the evening with dancs and entertainment.
The food was different and lots of variety however often it was not very warm and not much fresh fruits in the morning.

Vi havde booket dem ud fra det faktum, at de havde pool og børnepool, samt en legeplads.
Poolen var helt lukket, børnebassin var ikke rengjort og legepladsen var halvt nedlagt og delvis i stykker, og slet ikke sikker.
Hver aften havde de hyret en sanger til at stå midt i deres gang, og det larmede forfærdeligt, da det hele var fliser, så folk lukkede branddøren for at skærme af for lyden. Der var ligeledes højlydt fest på hotellet om aftenen, som også støjede.
Service i receptionen var dårlig og uhøvlig, og værelset var kun gjort delvist rent. Vi tjekkede ud 5 nætter før planlagt, da det slet ikke levede op til vores forventning til 4 stjerner.

The hotel is in good location, but needs modernization. Most of the staff were very nice and made our stay at hotel but more comfortable. As my wife is a vegan she found it very difficult to get vegan food. More needs to be done in this area. The staff tried their best to help us but the language barrier made it a challenge.
One of the reason we chose Saracens hotel is that on the website, we were lead to believe we would have use the swimming pool, spa facilities , sauna, jacuzzi. But nothing was open.

The property was very nice and clean, however, we were disappointed as none of the pools were open, we were looking forward to using the pools, the availability of food nearby wasn’t that great. There were not many restaurants in the hotel or near the hotel. Most pizzerias were closed or under construction.

Paid for a room facing sea, got a room with an admittedly good side view. No hot water in the morning so had to skip the shower and shave. Corridors funnel noise in to the room due to tiles on the floor. School tours book this hotel but the staff try to segregate them. In summary it was OK but I would have booked elsewhere had I known in advance.
