We stayed 13 days, everything was fine! The one suggestion is the breakfast should change every 5days or 7 days because I had same meals for 13days!

It was ok, a bit old but clean and nice reception.

Staff was helpful and friend. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options.

Tout a été parfait et très disponible, le personnel d accueil, de ménage, la chambre avec une vue sur le parc au calme et le petit déjeuné. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve. Merci à tous.

Great service, very nice size room, beautiful hotel, very well priced. Surrounding area is not what expected but very close walk to city center and convenient supermarket across the street.

Hotel was comfortable and location was good, close to park and train station. I would stay here again.

Really appreciated the size of the room. Comfortable beds. We booked a room for 4 with one large bed and two singles. The space was generous. Felt clean. Quiet. Right across is a convenient Conad grocery chain store and a great little restaurant / cafe right next to Conad where they make awesome sandwiches, pastries and daily specials. Doesnt look like much from the outside but their food and coffee were awesome. Very conveniently located, wallking distance to the ducal park, museum, cathedral and historic area.

방이 넓고 아주 깨끗하게 잘 관리되는 호텔 스태프들도 친절하고 조식 퀄리티가 아주 훌륭하다 (종류가 다양하짐 않지만 이탈리아 조식이 원래 그렇기 때문에 불만 전혀 없음) 기차역까지 도보 이동 가능, 파르마 시내가 크지 않아 첸트로도 도보로 이동 가능했음 호텔 바로 앞에 수퍼 있고 맛있는 빵집이 있고 호텔 뒤 파르코 두칼레는 오전에 산책하기 좋음 헬스장 및 샤워시설도 괜찮았다 가격대비 아주 훌륭했다

Wir waren jetzt das 3. Mal im Hotel und immer sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist aufmerksam und das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig.

Gehört dringend renoviert. Die Zimmer sind groß und es kommt vernünftig Wasser aus der Dusche. Was aber zu 4 Sternen berechtigt ist mir unklar. Ansonsten ist es eins der typischen Häuser wo sich der Eindruck aufdrängt, dass Portal buchende Gäste obligatorisch die Zimmer in den unteren Stockwerken bekommen, möglichst weit vom Aufzug entfernt. Dieses Phänomen hatte ich tatsächlich schon öfter.

The person at the reception was very unfriendly and uncooperative

Really nice big rooms - nice tea and coffee facilities in the room with a good breakfast offering.

Needed to cancel the trip due to a family death and reached out to the hotel ~10 days prior to the reservation. The were unwilling to refund me or offer a credit for a future booking etc. They simply only wanted the money for the couple nights I'd booked. I hope this short sightedness comes back to bite them when others think twice about planning a stay here.

Great experience High class hotel Rooms are awesome, beds bathrooms great. The only complaint would be the breakfast. Overpriced and very bad. Otherwise, great hotel
