Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und es war einfach einmal mehr toll. Schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück und das Personal extrem zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strandabschnitt ist auch sehr schön. Werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

C'è poco da dire semplicemente perfetto. Posizione, condizioni, staff, cucina tutto perfetto. Si è coccolati dal primo all'ultimo istante del soggiorno. Si preoccupano anche di darti una bottiglietta d'acqua per il viaggio di ritorno e ti chiedono se la vuoi naturale, gasata, fredda o a temperatura ambiente. Veramente bravi. Io viaggio molto, soprattutto per lavoro, e vi garantisco che questo è uno dei migliori hotel nel quale io ho soggiornato.

Uno dei miglior hotel nel quale abbiamo pernottato. Camera un pochettino piccolina, ma pulitissima, in camera al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un acqua di benvenuto più un buono da poter utilizzare per aver 2 calici di vino. Stanza silenziosa. Hotel in posto strategico, a pochi passi da viale Ceccherini, abbiano prenotato con soluzione mezza pensione, il cibo era ottimo sia a colazione che a cena, con un menù sempre diverso e sempre squisito con piatti unici. Lo Staff attento a ogni esigenze. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, mai avuto un'esperienza così positiva

Hotel in der zweiten Strandreihe. Sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Fairer Preis. Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen. Für einen Strandurlaub bestens geeignet. Die Liegen und Sonnenschirme können bei Bedarf direkt am Strand gemietet werden (ca. 7€ pro Liege/Schirm). Klare Empfehlung sofern kein Pool im Hotel benötigt wird.

We just returned from a three night stay at Suite Hotel Maestrale. Before booking this hotel, please note, that the beach amenities at Le Palme, are not part of your stay in this hotel. You need to call the hotel in advance to make a reservation to the beach and the use of the pool, all at an extra cost. In addition, to making reservations for parking, again extra cost. They also have a seasonal restaurant on site, which you also need to book in advance. The only thing you are paying for when booking this room through Hotels.com is the room. The rooms are very small, with no views. You are surrounded by buildings on all sides. The breakfast was ok. The serving staff was lovely. The front office personnel needs to do a better job at conveying that reservations need to be made for use of the private beach (Le Palme) umbrellas/cavanas/pool etc. when you check in. You cannot simply show up to the beach and say you have reservations at the hotel, because they will turn you away.

Ho trascorso una notte presso l’Hotel Suite Maestrale ed è andata benissimo. Dal check-in cordiale e veloce, alla stanza confortevole e molto pulita, alla colazione, servita all’aperto, abbondante e di qualità. La struttura è vicina alla spiaggia e al centro di Riccione. Un ottimo soggiorno.

Leider mussten wir unser Auto am Strassenrand abstellen, obwohl ein Parkplatz bei unserer Hotelauswahl entscheidend war. Da keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung standen, waren wir gezwungen, unser Auto auf einen Parkplatz der An- und Abreiseplätze zu stellen, was zur Folge hatte, dass wir fast täglich mit der Hotelverantwortlichen die Situation neu beurteilen mussten.
Unser Zimmer befand sich auf der Strassenseite und bis zu den frühen Morgenstunden war es laut.
Das Hotel stellt auch für kurze Strecken keine Regenschirme zur Verfügung; kein Entgegenkommen.
Es nicht möglich, kurzfristig im Hotel zu essen.
Durch diese Gegebenheiten rückte das saubere Zimmer und das ansprechende Frühstück ein wenig in den Hintergrund.

Ho prenotato l'Hotel Maestrale perchè ci ero già stato ed ero rimasto davvero sorpreso dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'Hotel Maestrale è quello che si definisce una "bomboniera", gestito da personale davvero cortese e gentile. Per questo soggiorno mi hanno chiamato tre giorni prima e mi hanno comunicato che per il week-end che avevo prescelto non avrebbero aperto il Maestrale e mi avrebbero "dirottato" sul vicinissimo Hotel Lungomare. Questo è sempre un 4stelle, più grande del Maestrale e situato proprio sul lungomare. Mi sono trovato altrettanto bene ed anche quì la cortesia del personale e la qualità della struttura sono decisamente molto ben rapportatati con il prezzo pagato.
DA CONSIGLIARE DECISAMENTE A TUTTI.
