Plus side: The hotel is perfectly placed right in the City of Sorrento, which made it easy to go to the train station, the port and the city centre. Friendly staff gave us a lot of ideas of going around the city. Negative side: There seemed to be no cleaning staff in the night. So when I asked for an extra quilt, the reception lady would need to carry the quilt up the stairs for us... Could get very noisy at night becuase there's a bar downstairs...

離火車站及鬧區都算近，飯店也很新，設施齊全，價錢又便宜，非常值得入住，飯店隔壁的餐廳非常讚，一定要去吃吃看。

我們在Sorrento停留二個晚上，都住在這家飯店。離市中心、火車站、碼頭很近，逛街購物很方便。附近步行約5-10分鐘有一家大賣場。飯店設備整潔新穎。是個不錯的住宿選擇。特別是對客房整潔度有較高要求的人來說。

房間大又便宜，裡面乾淨又舒適，提供免費行李寄放，接待人員很客氣很熱情，非常推薦的地方。

與歐洲旅館相比較，早餐豐盛美味，有培根火腿蛋起司麵包和新鮮果汁，還會詢問要哪種咖啡，很滿足。櫃台早上幫忙詢問卡布里島藍洞有沒有開放，雖然結果令我失望，但卻可以避免白跑一趟，直接把當天行程改去阿馬菲。有電梯，房間小但設施新，燈光效果炫麗。

房間雖然不大,但有個大陽台，可以坐在外面喝酒聊天，離逛街地方跟要去卡布里島的碼頭都非常近，地理位置相當好，早餐相當好吃，有現煮水煮蛋跟現榨柳橙汁!!

Enjoyed an upgrade to suit, we were on our honeymoon trip around Italy and this is the best and most satisfied hotel we ever booked in Italy. Not only there room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good and they have happy hour at 7pm daily. You can enjoy free wine, juice or some snacks and chat with other visitors. Regret that we have just booked 2 nights in this hotels and we miss the time in Sorrento!

这是一家時尚的精品酒店，家庭式小旅館。物超所值。房間非常乾淨現代，浴室相很新，裝修 不错。接待處的人員很熱情，友好，其他工作人员也是如此。這次住宿非常棒。

我們這次是四人旅行！雖然其中一張床是沙發床！但品質也是非常好的沙發床！房間裡也提供廚房可以使用！也有個可愛的小陽台！飯店位置非常好！距離搭船的港口也不會太遠！雖然在鬧區內！但附近一到休息時間也是很寧靜！很棒的一間飯店！推薦！

酒店位置佳.離車站只要約5-6分鐘路程.附近餐廳酒館多.往卡布里島的渡船頭也近.我們住的是一房一廳.房間裡還有一個小客廳.備有熱水瓶.瓦斯爐.可自行煮早餐

When we arrived, they just told us that the room was not available and gave us a room with other hotel. They should inform us before hand. Plus the substitute room was not great and further away from the area that we wanted to stay.

i stayed for 2 nights in the hotel and consider it is so amazing. everything was nice, the room was clean and with a big balcony. the service was good although the hotel is small. very convenient location.

Clean and modern property in a central location. Staff were helpful. Only recommendation would be to give more than one key card per room- as it controls the lights only having one was pretty inconvenient if someone is staying behind.

Antonio y Josephina siempre buscando la forma de ayudarnos, nos recomendaron lugares buenisismos para cenar, actividades, tips para el estacionamiento, super amables con toda la familia. El lugar esta en la mejor ubicación posible a unos minutos caminando de los clubes de playa, de la avenida peatonal con todas las tiendas y restaurantes, cerca de todo. Las habitaciones muy comodas y limpias, el baño amplio y limpio, camas, aire acondicionado e internet muy bueno. Regreso sin duda a este hotel y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Excellent location, service and breakfast buffet.

The location is great. Female staff member who checked us in was sweet. A different female staff member packed us croissants since we had an early Tour to capri and would miss the hotels bfast hours. Hotel bfast is paltry. Bathroom smelled awful - sewage/urine. They have 1 iron for the hotel (no ironing board) and it took the make staff member nearly an hour to track it down. My sister locked herself out of her room while her daughter was in shower. This same male staff member (who admitted he only works 1 night a week and doesn’t know anything) was useless and could not issue a new room key or let my sister back into her room. Sister waited nearly an hour to get back in when her daughter was done showering. Finally, when asked for airport transfer for 6 of us, hotel quoted 220 euro. All online providers charge 150 euro max - when I told staff this, response was “Good for you.” The location is a 10/10. That is the only redeeming factor. Despite location, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. There are plenty of other great locations/options!
