Staff on reception were helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of selection, but weirdly no teaspoons!? The room was everything it needed to be, and bed made, room/bathroom cleaned every day. Bed/pillows were comfy too. The one minor thing was that the hairdryer was ancient and not very powerful, (but i should have brought my own!)
Great place to walk in to Duomo. Complimentary marshmallows in reception were my absolute favourite. Lovely stay.

Good location, nice hotel. Staff were helpful and provided a reliable transfer service to the airport. Room was spacious enough for 3. Pool is crazy small and bar was rarely manned. TV restricted to 15 volume level was a frustration.

We were looking for a convenient hotel for a quick two night stop; this hotel was so much more!
A lovely, big room with a huge, comfortable bed, bathroom with all you need and excellent a/c.
The lady who helped at reception checked us in two hours early, as well. Brilliant, and thank you!
