• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January, EUR 1.00 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.50 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February - 31 December, EUR 1.40 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.70 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• Destination fee: EUR 1.40 per person, per night. This fee does not apply to children under 9 years of age.

This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open during the following times:

Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
