The photos of the hotel are misleading. The indoor pool is part of the spa, costs 25 euro per person for 2 and a half hours and you can only go with children in the morning. The rooms are old, smell and lack maintenance. My power socket did not work, instead I had a crucifix on my bedside table. In 2025 the only reason I find is that either demon or vampires live in the hotel and the crucifix is more needed that charging a phone.

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso positivo ,con qualche piccola annotazione da fare ; abbiamo avuto problemi con la TV che non ha mai funzionato , il che non era un grosso problema , la gestione della soluzione non è stata delle migliori perché di fatto non considerava importante l' esigenza del cliente .Diciamo che le persone addette alla accoglienza potevano essere più preparate .Struttura con qualche elemento da rivedere negli arredi .Cordiale ed attento invece il personale addetto alla colazione.

Hotel is located in the most beautiful valley in Dolomites - surrounded by mountains from every direction. Outdoor space is amazing and offers great relax (pool, jacuzzi, sun beds). Our room didn’t look like on the picture, it could do with updating. Parking was very limited. Breakfasts average. But what was sad is that service was really bad - every request we had was met with „impossible”. Such a shame because that place could be absolutely stunning and good customer service doesn’t cost you money …

Staff was nice but this place needs some serious rinnovation….. place looked OLD and borderline unpleasant…..

Enjoyed my stay, great location. Around a 15 minute walk from downtown Agordo and the bus autostation bus depot. Views even better than expected, would stay here again-Thanks

Unterm Strich ein gelungener Urlaub. Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber. Freundlicher und guter Service. Beim Frühstück alles vorhanden. Im Restaurant fand ich das Preis/ Leistung Verhältnis nicht ganz angemessen. Außer Pizza gibt es nicht viel Auswahl, da die anderen Gerichte in einer Menüauswahl sind.

La struttura è molto bella, ma il personale andrebbe formato meglio.. c'è poca attenzione al cliente e poca accoglienza. Colazione deludente, siamo scesi che ormai era finito tutto (erano solo le 8:30) e c'era pochissima scelta.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte hier. Die Innenaustattung des Hotels ist sehr schön sowie der wunderschöne großer Garten, aber… Als wir ankamen wurde uns erklärt, dass der Innenpool 25€ pro Erwachsene und 10€ pro Kind kosten soll für 2 Stunden und mit Kind darf man nur bis 15 Uhr rein. Diese Infos wären toll gewesen vorher zu wissen, konnten wir nirgends auf der Seite vorher lesen, schade. Und and sich war unser Zimmer Sauber, aber mit der Dusche war es unmöglich zu duschen ohne dass alles nass wird und nach der zimmerreinigung hatten wir kein Klopapier. Unglücklicherweise war genau an diesem Wochenende eine Hochzeit, wir konnten den schönen Garten und Whirlpool gar nicht nutzen und die gaben uns ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Garten und die Musik war so laut bis 23:30 konnten wir nicht schlafen. Es wäre besser gewesen uns ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Hotels zu geben!

Amazing views, fairly clean and great staff. Parking was limited, furniture in room was dated. Comfotable bed and the views are amazing.

Personale estremamente gentile, tutto pulito e in ordine Bellissima

Super disappointed in stay. The room/bathroom were in shocking condition. Plugs coming out, exposed wires in the shower (health and safety???), window draughty, dirt by the window, shower condition unacceptable. As I mentioned during my stay, super noisy. One metal door kept closing and our beds were literally vibrating. Pool use at extra cost which wasn’t clear to me. Take your money elsewhere. Cost is €160 for a night. Worst hotel we’ve stayed in in a very long time!

Such a lovely way to experience the Dolomites. Relaxing, beautiful, charming, and authentic. Delicious food, soothing spa with rejuvenating massage, sauna, and pool services.

L' albergo é carino, il ristorante interno è buono , il cameriere è gentilissimo, ma la receptionist mi ha fatto venire voglia di andarmene, ma avevo già pagato.. non tornerò più..

The hotel is nice but the single room I was given was extremely small and narrow. It cost a lot of money so I expected something a bit bigger. I was there for five nights in that tiny space.

We stayed one night after hiking alta via. The rooms were clean but small. Might be an issue if staying longer. Overall great value and good facilities. Unfortunately, pool was unavailble as was being cleaned. Jacuzzi was full of dead bugs and leaves. Sauna and indoor pool was 20€ extra. Unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist, didn't tell us about the facilities or breakfast. We asked to have lunch in the hotel restaurant when waiting for our rooms to be ready. She told us that it was too late as restaurant was closing in an hour and that we should have booked ahead. She told us to go to town which was 20 min away and we were tired from hiking for days. Fortunately, we went to the restaurant anyway, which was empty, and the friendly waiter seated us straightway with a smile. We also had a very nice dinner there. Good food at good price. Other staff were friendly and attentive.
