The hotel is absolutely lovely. I will say that the beds are very hard as are in the pillows, but overall the staff is very friendly. The amenities are great.

客室も綺麗で、最上階には温泉もあり、非常に素晴らしい滞在になりました。
ただ一点気になることがありました。それは、ロビーにあるトイレです。手洗い場にお客のゴミと思われるアイスのカップ等が大量に放置されていました。
海外からのゲストも非常に多かったため、仕方ないとは思いますが、ゴミ箱の設置等の対策を期待したいです。

深夜服務人員對應也快速非常值得讚美！前幾日住宿有一深夜住在隔壁的中國遊客男男女女開party,快到凌晨三點還是鬧哄哄，還會敲牆壁（靠近我床頭側），受不了去點櫃檯協助處理，不到5分鐘立馬安靜下來，我也能立馬睡著。
謝謝服務人員迅速對應，讓我能趕上隔日一早的會議。這些工作人員非常棒。

1. Some reception are nice but some are not. I stay few nights and user up the lotion provided, a reception just give me one for remaining nights.
2. The laundry room always has long queue and the male laundry room is smelly
3. The estimated time of dryer by hotel is incorrect, it takes more than 2hours to compete.
3. Not sure they are onsen or just normal water public spa.
