The best hotel that I ever stayed in Japan so far. The staff can understand English so that I no longer need a translator app to communicate, and the hotel facilities are good enough for me to enjoy my time in Japan.

Clean, safe, quiet, and friendly staff. Rooms are smaller but there is plenty of storage space beneath the bed and my partner and I found it to be a great little hotel. It is extremely walkable to get to restaurants, shopping, train station, etc. but off to the side enough that it isn't right in the middle of the busiest part of Akihabara.

The hotel is new, clean. Snacks and drinks can be bought in Lobby self service kiosk 24 hrs . Convenient store is also available . But shopping and catering should be done near the JR station Hotel is aside of highway. It is noisy all the day. Especially the heavy trucks acrossed in mid night..

The clearing of the room is bad! The dust stay around all the corner of flood. Also in windowsill and the top of dressing table. After room clearing, the corner of floor still dirty. And spider on my bed. Not recommend to stay this hotel.
