受付の方の対応も良く、何よりお部屋の明るさが有難かったです。部屋の照明が薄暗いホテルが多いですが、アパホテルは明るくてお化粧するのが楽でした笑。私はそれだけでも大満足でした。朝食も美味しかったです。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Great location. Though the room is kind of small, like some other hotels in Tokyo, especially the bathroom, overall it looks nice, new and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to Budokan. Lawson, Familymart, 7-11 nearby. Also, there is a 24 hr restaurant and big subway station nearby.

Not many restaurants nearby. The hotel room is small but it contains toiletries I need such as tooth brush, shower cap, a deep bath tub with handrail on the wall, a bottle of water everyday, quick check-out in early morning.

經驗壞透了！首先你們各分店是不互相支援服務的，讓旅客必須拉著皮箱連問三家才知道自己定的是哪一家。其次，櫃檯的服務，態度冷漠甚至將不耐煩寫在臉上，請你們搞清楚，旅客是花錢來住宿的，不是來求宿的！房間小但收費高，談不上清爽乾淨，床墊也因過度使用而有頃斜的現象。我想替你們找到一個優點，看來也只有地段不錯而已。在談一下你們的服務，我住了兩晚48小時，就是沒聽一句”謝謝“從你們的服務員嘴巴說出來，這就你們的服務訓練嗎？
