The hotel is in an excellent location very near to the JR station. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. They also lent me a tube of glue to fix my sport shoes so that I could continue wearing them for the rest of my trip. The room is rather small as in many other Japanese hotels.

入住2晚，但只有第一晚有2枝水提供，問左Front Desk都話住2晚得2枝（2個人）。 住2晚才提供清潔房間服務完全理解，但住2晚2人只有2枝水令人費解。

自動 chech in酒店大堂接待員工態度差，辦理緊手續忽然放下客人護照離開，由另一名職員發現才協助辦理！
接待員工沒有同客人講解泊車問題，只顧收取泊車費，引致晚上回來酒店停車場已上鎖，要到走酒找職員開鎖才可泊車，翌日離開時又要到前台取代幣先可開閘出車！
