Breakfast is just barely ok. The french toasts and waffles are cold and hard. Looks like it’s been cooked and left there for a few hours (though there is a food-warming light above). I tried both the second morning, still the same. Coffee is good. It would be better if warm cream is used rather than cold milk.
For the spa, my husband said the water is not hot enough. The female side is acceptable, i would not say it is hot enough. I cant find any boxed tissues in the vanity area. Not sure if i have missed it

因為到立山登山既原因, 需要安排於上山前一晚及下山後的一晚於富山地區住宿, 因為見到HILTON的酒店, 家人說想試試, 所以就安排了分開兩晚住宿這間酒店
失望既原因
- 兩晚都被安排於較底層及近緊急出口的房間;
- 於CHECK-IN 時詢問酒店方面能否安排行李寄存到下一次入住, 但酒店拒絕, 令到我要於早上7:00 去找尋車站的LOCKER安排寄存行李 (去年於東京及今次大阪方面的4星酒店都能提供相關服務)
- 於第二晚住宿時發現睡床對上的天花燈安裝不太穩固, 幸好當晚沒有跌下來
下次如果有機會再到富山, 我想會選擇比較近JR 車站的酒店

位置：方便，離開火車站5分鐘便到。
房間：夠大，可以同時開打開兩個行李，只是沒有浴缸，不過有大浴場。
餐廳工作人員：態度良好，我不小心掉了筷子落地下，不消一刻，他便主動把新的一對筷子拿過來。
基本上酒店工作員服務態度不錯，只是他們表示不能協助聯絡餐廳訂位，因我們不懂得日語，所以有些麻煩。
