空間算大，離車站沒有到很近但也不遠，搭公車的話就滿方便。
沒有電梯需提行李走樓梯，雖然樓層不高，影響不大。
如同一些評論說的，房間內確實容易聽到外面的聲音，若是淺眠的人可能就不太推薦，但若對聲音不會太敏感的話大致上沒什麼太大的問題！

旅館位於內街，比較安靜。附近有不少收費停車場，每小時100日元算是便宜，晚上時段（20：00～8：00）更可以400～500日元停泊。
房間內有小廚房及煮食用具和餐具、多士爐、微波爐、小焗爐也有，真是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。 房內還配置了洗衣機，並且提供有洗衣液和洗潔精，算是貼身的安排。有露台可作晾衫之用。
旅館不提供清潔服務，房門以密碼開啟，離開時須按掣上鎖。旅館地下大門沒有上鎖，存在安全隱患。

接待人員英文很好，服務親切。設施應有盡有，可洗衣煮食很適合我們三代同行旅者。最特別的是可以提前幾天寄放行李，讓我們得以只租小車玩北九州後再入住，非常方便。沒有電梯問題不大，階梯段數不多，長輩走得沒什麼問題。附近有24小時超市。唯一要留意的是靠近地鐵渡邊通站屬七隈線，與機場線不相通，要在天神南站走地下街約8分鐘到天神站。

房間內部跟預定網頁照片看到的不一樣，空間也小蠻多的。這個是我們比較驚訝的部分，但是就沒反應了。
其他房間內部覺得還不錯，空間上整理行李很舒服。
交通上走出去大路就有公車，幾乎都會到天神，覺得很方便。
走路的話只需要二十分鐘，我們走了好幾次，感覺很舒服。
附近有Sunny超市，裡面的價格都比超商便宜，很值得逛。
沒有電梯，行李比較重的話要想一下。
