exceptionally good service, i have stayed in 5 hotels in the past 2 weeks, this is by far the best service. very helpful to go extra miles in assiting us in dealing with all kinds of situation under COVID, be it testing be it transportation arrangement

The room was so large and clean. Staff were so helpful that contacting us and brought the luggages from Tokyo Station to hotel for our family. Staying with two nights, it was conveniently. At last, the staff also brought the luggages with us to platform of Narita Express. To be stay in next time in Tokyo.

Most likely this is the best service hotel located in the Tokyo Station area. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to Tokyo Station, 3 minutes walk to the Yaesu bus terminal, and within 10 minutes to Yurakucho/Ginza area. Room size is biggest among the hotels in Tokyo Station, room is clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast at the Motif buffet restaurant is excellent, the buffet dish choice is not much but you are ask for anything you want to eat or drink, staffs are happy to satisfy the request from the guest. Only weak point is the wifi service is not free, I have been charged 1000 Jpy per day, which is very unusual that as I never been charges for the wifi from other 5 stars hotels in Tokyo Station area. Overall speaking, all staffs carry good smiles, polite, eager to help, and speaking very good English, excellent service is the most attractive point of this hotel.

I like the place to be nice and quiet but within 10 min walk to Ginza Shopping Area/Underground shopping in Yaseu. The hotel building might be a bit small compare to Keio Plaza Hotel but the staff is terrific, knowledgeable and helpful and their English speaking level is above our group of travellers. Room is spacial and the bathing area is really huge. Did not really get to see the outside view as we left early and returned late but it was a really convenient place as both JR and Metro are nearby. Did not get to use the Gym but i found that equipment are quite extensive and not those that have just a couple trackmill / dumbell lying around. My wife really like the spa and said that is clean and her comment is "classy".

All staffs are very nice and helpful. And I would like to say special thanks to Ms Mari. She is so kind to guide us to the bus shop and accomplish with us in a very hot and sun shinning day until the bus arrive.
In addition, it is a very family friendly hotel. They are very considerate to implement several protection to take care of my little child.
