Comfortable and quiet, the hosts can’t really speak English but very friendly, which provided a home stay feeling.

房东夫妇待人诚恳，有点宾至如归的意思。离清凉寺跬步之遥，每天沉浸在晨钟暮鼓的禅修氛围中，不失人生忙碌烦躁之余闲适安逸的去处。

兩老夫婦很友善！干淨整洁因為我住的晚上剛好下雪，特別溫馨！只要步上數步就能上清水寺，欣賞雪景！很方便！

和式房間雅緻，民宿主人夫婦親切，若房間內有電熱水瓶會更方便。

The owner of the hotel is a very nice old couple with two cats. We left our luggages a few hours early before the check-in time and all luggages were placed upstairs at our room when we are back after sight seeing. Moreover the location is excellent. It takes 6 minutes on foot to the famous Kiyomizu-dera so you can imagine that it also close to Gion and other points

附近好像無超商，超市購物較不方便，晚上十分寧靜，適合休息，交通離公車站牌有點遠，每日回民宿是爬坡的路程有點累

整體不錯，很滿意。晚上 10点後不可洗澡最為不便。

not allowed to use the shared shower room after 10pm. bed, blanket, and pillow are not clean.

這是我住過最喜歡的地方，花園美景自然天成，沒刻意的矯飾，婆婆親手縫（好大分前後）斷掉的背包，細膩溫柔的語調讓人想親近，爺爺做事不苟且，從乾淨的寢室浴廁可見 。早晨在花園用早餐，看婆婆整裡花園伴著可愛的灰貓，快下雨時看灰貓與爺爺的對話，知道爺爺雖網評嚴肅，其實不；是那代日本男人的習慣，吃飯，反正早出晚歸先在別地解決，否則附近也有，跟著他們感覺日本的日常就得其意，房間比照片更有韻味，乾淨舒適隔音好，臨別贈我ㄧ罐果汁解渴，二人以微笑祝福親送至門口，最好的地方，我會再來！

雖然沒有早餐但附近三年坂就有INODA咖啡館 ，8點走去清水寺參觀完 9點去INODA吃早餐剛好。山跡旅館的花園很美，主人是一對老夫妻 很親切 有兩隻貓很好玩!

很溫馨，很好服務的家庭式民宿，清潔整齊，有2隻可愛的貓貓，只是浴室要出房外，是獨立浴室，下次去京都會再住

離清水寺非常近，要行斜路上去的，背包客比較合適，寺的附近很早收，要吃宵夜的話只能到附近的lawson，房東很熱情但只能用簡單英語溝通，不過都沒什麼大問題，他們還請我們吃日式糖水，旅館内有2隻好可愛的貓，可以摸及拍照，房間内沒有浴室，但旅館内有2個很乾淨的，但是只能在晚上10時前使用，行夜街太晚回來的話就沒辦法洗澡

Location is perfect to the temples. I stayed two nights and was happy with the room. Clean & neat , with big bathroom which is a surprise. Friendly house owners. Couples cannot speak English but with simple English instructions. They were sweet to welcome me with tea and Nagako was helpful when I left with heavy rain. The place is quiet at night. Though I checked in a bit late in the dark, no problem for me to find the place which is near a bus stop. With map in advance is suggested. I recommend who likes HomeStay. I did not have enough time to interact with the house owners, which is sad.

Very close to the Kiyomizudera, and only a few bus stops from Gion and Kyoto. If you want to book this guest house, make sure you google the exact location, it is situated at one alley from the main road to Kiyomizudera. There are two house rules: no hot water shower after 2200 and the house owner would lock the house door at 2300. If you would return well before 2300, better inform the house couples. There are altogether 4 rooms which are spacious enough. There are respectively two separated bathrooms and toilets. Will recommend if you plan a stay near the Kiyomizudera. The house owner couple is very nice.

干净温馨的日式民宿

賓館主人十分親切

离清水寺非常近。经营的欧巴桑欧吉桑夫妇很热情，门口写着【山跡】，这才是Yamato真正的名字吧，比【大和】感觉美多了，庭院小小但挺漂亮，有两只喵呜，欧吉桑还拼命用英文跟你介绍注意事项，附近有多少个便利店，特地打印了地图，连某景点至某景点步行大概时间也仔细告知。和式的房间，简单干净，二楼有2间公共浴室，3楼有2间洗手间，每个房间还有自己的名字，我入住【平安】。非常感谢欧巴桑的茶点。

条件很不错的家庭旅馆。位置在清水寺隔壁，非常安静，有和式庭院，卫浴设施也很不错
