非常推薦這家旅館的親切服務。我去道頓堀採購時在商店遺失信用卡，但我手機SIM卡在日本只能上網﹑無法打電話，雖然商店24小時營業，但無法立刻打去確認。我回旅館發現當時已深夜，我跟一樓一位職員用英文和日文翻譯軟體求助，他非常有耐心和禮貌的用他的手機幫我撥打電話，並幫助我和店家溝通，確認了商家有撿到我的卡時終於放心了，隔天也順利取回並且沒有被盜刷。他所做的其實已超過一位旅館職員的範圍，十分感謝他對一位異鄉旅客的協助。此外雖然這是多人的房間，但大家都有盡量保持安靜，房內也有附自由取用的耳塞，連住三晚都睡得很好。非常推薦這家旅館，以後還會再來！

第二次入住，真心推薦這家旅館！雖不位在大阪最熱鬧的地方，但附近就有三個地鐵站轉乘便利，附廚房的交誼廳環境舒適，staff們熱心活潑，讓初次來到的人不會感到生疏：）最喜歡可以上鎖的床頭櫃，空間夠大放進去就很安心也不會佔到睡覺的床位，唯一希望改善的一點就是床墊比床框小，所以多出來的部分容易堆積落髮灰塵之類的，能注意清潔到這邊就好了～還有這次才發現旅館前身是日式料亭，配上各個小地方的和風裝飾感覺很有味道！

ห้องที่จองมีขนาดเล็ก ตามภาพที่โชว์ในเว็บเลย ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ไม่มีลิฟต์ ไม่มีน้ำขวด ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ แต่ทั้งหมดนี้เรารู้ตั้งแต่ก่อนจองแล้ว ห้องน้ำส่วนกลางสะอาดมาก มีปริมาณเพียงพอ เจ้าหน้าที่น่ารัก ให้ความช่วยเหลือทุกอย่างเป็นอย่างดี ด้านล่างห้องพักเป็นร้านคาเฟ่และร้านขายแกงกะหรี่ของโฮสเทล ที่พักใกล้สถานี JR ทั้ง JR Fukushima และ JR Nishi-fukushima (ใกล้มากๆๆ)

I just stayed overnight before my departure, but really had great time there. Even it's an old building, but they keep it well-maintained. Stayed at their Japanese style (tatami) room, really really nice. I like the smell of the room, I think it comes from the tatami. staffs also really friendly and helpful to give you lots of useful news about recommended restaurant, how to commute, etc. Many good restaurants nearby. The coffee shop downstairs offers good coffee too. Even though I have checked out, I can use the bathroom for shower when I came back to pick up my luggage. really happy for that. I really recommended this place and would love to stay back here someday.
