the worst hotel I have stayed in Japan. I had to book another hotel midway, just to avoid to stay in this hotel. The area near the TV, had weird beeping sound, I couldn’t find anything though but the beeping sound continues, also the room design was so bad that you can’t open a luggage properly. I don’t understand why there isn’t a luggage rack to let you open the suitcase either. There is only a creepy chair that you can’t even sit well. What’s worse, you can hear the staff member running around the metal staircase up and down. Honestly, I have stayed in another Hen na hotel in Osaka before, I was not such bad experience. I was very disappointed, therefore I think I won’t be booking Hen na hotel in the future. Also there is bug inside the room. The check out time was time consuming, the machine didn’t work and there was a staff who didn’t come out from the back, until a long while later. another staff was dealing with another customer for a fairly long time.
