枕頭太軟！

客房老舊，沙發很多污漬，飯店整體空氣味道很糟糕，都是酒精芳香劑，地毯也很多污漬、浴室shower只有半片門，水容易濺出，高級五星級酒店，不該是這樣的內裝。

臨時付費upgrade 到高層景觀房間，包早餐以及高層的lounge，可享茶點和咖啡。 酒店位置非常方便，通過地下街7、8分鐘就能直達不同購物商場，嚴寒或是下雨天也不怕，即使坐公車也很方便，酒店正正是四橋線6號出口。

Within expectation, clean, spacious though the bathroom seems a bit outdated. The only negative in the room is the pillows, a bit thin. And i went to the pool every morning, the pool is a bit worn!

房間夠大，地點極佳，偏舊

It’s a wonderful experience for us to stay in Hilton Osaka. The staff are really helpful and they helped us to contact a local department store for the purchased items we left at the cashier, even after we already checked out from the hotel.

Request non smoking ,but offered a room in smoking floor,understand it’s a hotel policy,but is it unfair to customers?The staff on reception seems not helpful to me,she repeat and repeat they can’t confirm a non smoking room to me. Hope the hotel have some improvement about customers needs and be considerate.

very convenient just oppsite of JR

Good Services and Foods. Great Location and very convenience to shopping centre and to getting the transport regardless of JR, subway and bus

與一貫品牌酒店一樣 保持一貫基本的質素 而且輪近車站 與家人旅行的確很方便 可惜的是，酒店內的大浴場很少，4-5個人已經不夠位置了

酒店硬件比較舊，浴室設計比較差，浴屏擋不了水，洗完澡地上都是水。

地點距離大阪站很近, 逛街購物都很便利, 但房間隔音不是非常好, 會聽到隔壁房間的動靜, 另外浴室的淋浴隔間玻璃只有一半不到, 洗澡時很容易潑濺到浴缸外

Location is perfect. Hotel is a bit old but still keeping good.

Great place to stay

The bed sheets and towels were a tad soggy, which seemed like they were not changed prior to my stay. The reception staff seemed pissed that I asked for a room change. Would not come back again.
