Great location! And the big black bus to Shinjuku Station really adds value to its location. Cons are no turn-down service from Housekeeping (considering it is a 5 star hotel), small bathroom and only 2 bottles of mineral water

I have stayed in this hotel for a few times. This time we chose to stay at executive suite because of its larger size. But I found out that the toilet is smaller than the one of the Suite room type which is less expensive. The sofa is far too big. And the room is located at low floor with horrible views. I am kind of disappointed.

Generally good, location is some distance from Shinjuku, but walkable. Basement can walk to Metro stations, which is good. Room is clean and housekeeping provide good service. Staff are nice and professional and helpful and fast. Food quality is good. Overall, a nice hotel to stay.

除了可直接通往地鐵外，其他 沒有感受到五星級酒店 應該的 水準。
房間有整理等於沒整理。 早餐看起來有很多選項，其實 沒有選項， 早餐時段 一直都很吵雜，服務人員的素質也不高且不ㄧ致。第一天 問你要咖啡嗎？ 回答後 30分鐘都沒有咖啡。 第二天，不問要不要咖啡。 一共住了４晚。 最後一天早上終於 有一個服務員 詢問後 可以確實將東西送達。

The room size is ok. The bathroom is a bit small. The location is a bit far away from Shinjuku JR station but there is free shutte bus service. The only problem is there isn't free wifi in the living room. As a 4 Stars hotel, it should be a standard to offer free wifi service for customers. Hoping that the hotel can improve for this.
