一間家庭式的日式旅館，簡單但却令人感到溫暖的旅館。在大堂有懷舊音讓客人隨意播放。房間空間足夠，設備也足夠，只是枕頭不太舒服，需要改善。我們退房時，老闆的兒子來送行，很有禮貌，英語也流利。

員工友善，自駕車10分鐘路程到平湯，家庭式經營， 房間舊， 包日式早餐

The staff are polite and cheerful. They introduce their room and point-to-note to us patiently. They have separate hot spring. Both the changing room and the hot spring are clean and tidy.

全家出游的话，一定要注意车辆班次。酒店位于上高地站H044，浓飞巴士有时刻表，大家可以去看。看着大雪泡温泉的感觉很棒的。

整體得好，服務親切，酒店整潔地方大。 但酒店位置偏遠，由高山自駕要一小時。

Good trip!

Although the location is a bit far from city, it's worth to go. Room is clean, tidy, relax. Food is very good. And there is private bath for couple which cost $2460 / 45 mins.

The Room is Big and clean, staffs are kind and helpful, the hot springs is good too!

For some reasons, we were late for check-in. While we call the hotel for that situation, the stuff was nice and waiting for us. He told us don't be in rush and safe drive. They are friendly and it was a good living experience.

我們訂房時是包早餐的，但入住時酒店回覆是不包早餐，服務員好努力幫忙去聯繫hotels.com.但因語言不通最後不成功。酒店最後也沒有提供早餐，這令我們非常不錯

The hotel has a cozy lobby with fireplace, couches, and books/magazines. The room was huge! It had individually separated toilet, basin, and shower & bathtub areas. It's even got two screen doors inside the room, separating the entrance, bedroom, and window area. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location is hard to reach without a car. You can hardly find anything within walking distance. A couple of the hotel staff spoke good English. All of the staff are friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The hotel has indoor & outdoor onsen area that operates throughout the night. The onsen is the only downside to this hotel. The onsen shower area had tabs that were full of white water-residue. The toiletries were not of brand-name ones, and there were no face-wash, toner, or cream provided at the onsen area. We went to the onsen fairly late at night, and the outdoor onsen had no lights on and it was too dark to even see where we were stepping. This could be quite dangerous as the outdoor onsen is made of natural rock formations, and guests could easily trip over in the darkness. Also, the corridor outside our guest room had no lights on at night. It seems like this is an act to save electricity for the hotel, but a motion-sensing light would be well appreciated especially since the onsen opens throughout the night (so there will be guests roaming around).

要預算一小時的車程,由高山站坐巴士來的酒店門前,(不過溫泉酒店以這價錢訂到,是一個可以接受的距離了) 一下車,已經有職員等待我們的到來,馬上前來幫忙提行李。他們真的十分親切,馬上招呼我們到炭爐前取暖! 因為到達時已經晚了,不過附近沒有商店,職員們還特意為我們下了晚餐,雖然是酒店的價格,可是竟然是我們這旅程最美味的一餐。 酒店有4層,我們住在4樓,塔塔米的房間,很有日本味道的! 地下有溫泉提供,是通宵的!可以浸過夠! 酒店的外觀如果遇上雪景,更是十分迷人啊!!!!

施設はかなり古いですが、造りはしっかりしており、1階のロビーはとても落ち着つく雰囲気で、朝のサービスのコーヒーを満喫しました。 部屋はとても広く、朝食、夕食ともに食事がとても美味しかったです。 プライベートを尊重されているためかと思いますが、ほぼセルフサービスでしたが、スタッフの方々は皆気さくで、会話を楽しみました。 真夏に行きましたが最高気温が30度以下でとても涼しく、避暑地として最適です。 お風呂上がりのサービスの麦茶もありました。 部屋とお風呂から、もみじが見えましたので、秋はとても綺麗な景色になると思います。 周りにはほとんど食べるところがないので、素泊まりはお勧めしません。

少し奥地にはあるが、その分静か。フロント周りの時間は時が止まったかのような、昭和の文豪がゆっくりしているような非常にリラックス出来る。最小人数で営業されているのかスタッフの人はあまり見かけないけど本当にゆっくりできました。 食事（夕食）は絶対につけるべきです。給仕さんがすごく良い方でした。
