住宿附近很熱鬧 購物飲食都很方便 前台友善、飯店可協助寄放行李

Expedia didn’t mention the standard twin room type is without window but hotel website clearly stated Expedia pls state all room conditions clearly in Expedia website I ask the hotel staff why my booked room is without window on site and they tell me and I checked hotel website has stated clearly above

京都站行去酒店算方便，沿路有商店餐廳。酒店乾淨，職員有理，早餐精緻。

Good location....new facilities

房間室內設計佈局極古怪, 非當不舒適, 一打開門已經是雙人床, 廁所是乾濕分離, 安排在房最尾位置, 房內有一張非常大梳化, 浪費空間, 門後是一張書枱, 建議酒店應重新安排房內佈局, 睡眠區太近門口令人感覺極不安及污衊! 大浴場更是可怕, 由於大浴場極細, 只有一個水池, 整間酒店好像沒有人打理, 整個更衣間都是垃圾及偏地頭髮, 從未遇過一間酒店的大浴場是這麼污衊! 而且唯一一間酒店被收取了1200Yen稅款, 一入住已經要付, 但住宿體驗極差,一定不會再入住, Hotel Androom集團其他地點以往也入住過, 不明為何京都這家甘差 由於這是唯一一家要早上10:00 check Out的酒店, 所以遲了半小時, 但酒店沒有收取費用是唯一感覺良好意見

離京都車站近，附近吃飯和購物都很方便，但我們選的三人房偏小，窗戶是在廁所裡，如果不開窗有點悶，但開窗又有點吵，窗溝灰塵有點多，如果選擇其他房型會更好，有免費腳踏車和澡堂。

Near Kyoto Station, rooms are clean and comfortable.

鄰近京都站，環境安靜， 房間大和舒適，職員英文溝通唔錯又友善，餐廳食物佳。

酒店整體舒適, 但建議增加洗衣乾衣設備, 因為等待時間太長。

We have stayed there more than three nights. We found the air circulation was good. The bed was comfortable. However the cafe service was not respectful. The staff needs customers order food before putting down their belongings. It is quite bordering customers, if there are many people lining on the entrance. Actually it was not a good experience for travelers.

CP值很高的旅館～不要照著Google地圖走，從京都站出站後走茶之菓那條路，看到大十字路口向左轉會比較近，不到5分鐘路程，中途還會經過百貨（一樓電器，4樓以上有Uniqlo、GU等等）、藥妝、星巴克、唐吉軻德，服務人員也很友善～

整體服務理想，但有最初入住之房間，並未完全清潔妥當。及後通知櫃檯轉換另一房間。 整體服務令人滿意

櫃檯人員非常親切有禮 進門的鍾馗像莫名讓人感到安心 天井的枯山水很優美 房間兼顧了採光與隱私 大浴池的備品很齊全，休息區的冰棒也讓人感到貼心

部屋も大浴場もとてもおしゃれで綺麗、清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

自転車を無料で借りられるのが良かった 炎天下歩くのはしんどいと思っていましたが、じてんのおかげで助かりました

Cozy hotel close to Kyoto station. Nice onsen and good size rooms. We stayed in 2 rooms - family of 4 with 2 teenagers.

Excellent place, staff, and location overall (especially for the price)!! Definitely would stay here again; had great amenities as well!

From the four hotels that we booked during our trip to Japan this one was by far our favorite stay. The entrance to the lobby was very nice and welcoming as were the staff. The laundry room was conveniently located next to the elevators (and they had free ice pops). The rooms were very nice and clean (amazing restroom). We stayed 5 nights here and I paid less than half for those 5 nights compared to the 4 nights in shinjuku. The location was within walking distance to the train station and many delicious restaurants. Hands down we would book again here! My only suggestion is maybe to get a more powerful a/c unit as the room was a bit warm considering we were there during the summer.
