Staff so helpful and friendly

服務態度一級棒，3人房空間大且舒適，走路到心齋橋約10分鐘，是很理想的住宿地點。

It's ok to stay in a short time.

三人同行入住三人房，有足夠空間放置行李及打開三個28吋行李。 房間十分整潔舒適，1樓有免費咖啡及水機，和自助洗衣房，十分方便。 若浴室能添置掛勾會更方便

近火車站，步行便達

很好的住宿地點，離京都站與地下鐵九條站都很近，附近飲食也方便還有燒肉屋與居酒屋及賣場，下次如果有機會再前往

掃除は行き届いて綺麗でした。 立地もよく、駅近で便利でした。

Great, but no Chair in the Smoking room! The Lady was on the Handy as we check in and doesn‘t Look to US.

The workers were kind, there is a large mall in walking distance. The room was new but not as clean as other hotels I have stayed in.

Nära tågstationen så bra om man ska göra många utflykter med tåg. Små men rena och fint skick enkla rum. Self checkin och ut.

A really well located hotel (once you work out the best way to get out of the station!).

Très bon accueil Standard Japonais petites chambres

Location is very convenient to Kyoto train station and family mart for snacks. The balcony is not very useful for the street view. There was only one small pillow provided for each person in the room but the beds were large enough for two people. The robes were looking worn but clean. The amenities in the lobby were very nice including the Laundry machine , microwave, ice machine, vending machine, hot/cold water dispenser with coffee/tea, other basic toiletry items provided too (razor, lotion, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.). The front gate/door are automatic, no code needed to get in, security camera in the lobby, no staff available 24/7, anyone can get in/out and use the elevator. I would feel safer if there were access codes or use of room key requirements to use the elevator. However, the area seemed very safe. Smoking room is located in the lobby. I did not smell any smoke at all which is good. The tub was pretty small but deep enough for a good bath. Check in and out was quick and easy. The staff were helpful when needed. Not much English conversations but enough to communicate. Google translate is very useful.

Modern clean and comfortable hotel. Short walk to Kyoto station. Other metro nearby. So easy transport connections. Good free coffee machine and microwave by reception.

Very convenient to everything including the metro Railway system

空調がうまく機能していなくて、夜は寒かった。スイッチを切ったのに、冷たい風がどこからともなく吹き込んでいたため。

Rooms are big, huge single size beds are so comfortable, very clean overall, have many convenient stalls around the Hotel and is walking distance to train station. Will stay again if I go to Kyoto again.

창문은커서좋은데 활짝 열 수가 없어서 답답했어요 화장실에서 냄새도 나고 여러가지 소음으로 며칠 잠을 푹못잤습니다. 위치는 교토역이랑 가까워서 좋아요.
