離開酒店時請櫃檯職員幫我叫車 車到達後 職員沒有出門告訴司機我的目的地 有時言語不通 職員似乎欠缺服務

Really good hotel Cleaning and comfortable

晚上回到房間時發現房門是打開的，因為冇電話要走落去問櫃台，佢哋話係清潔人員唔記得關門say咗句sorry就完咗，呢個問題都幾嚴重，如果有嘢唔見就煩，好彩有鎖喼應該冇唔見嘢，不過當下感覺都唔係幾好!

員工很helpful，房間衛生不錯，但酒店如具洗衣設備就更佳

呢個價錢非常滿意，房間夠大，浴缸亦好大，沒有挑剔的地方，下次會揀返呢間！

The biggest problem is it is very noisy outside at night and midnight, even I lived in the highest floor I could still hear it. The room we chose is so big with 2 sinks, but one of them is a bit loosen. It also provide free breakfasts for people who are in a rush but restaurants haven't opened yet could enjoy. Very close to a station. The staff are very nice. However, there is no spoons or forks in the room. Overall, I highly recommend it.

第二次入住，二晚＄3000不便宜，有一按摩浴缸但水滿就沒有按摩功能，熱水勁熱浴缸大唯䦕始舊＆有花痕，床大舒服電視大但不能移方向要在床上看，雪櫃不夠凍＆有小小水，早歺可拎上房吃。歺包軟綿綿好食。附近食肆多。

Good to stay, but breakfast is too simple suggest to add some Japanese style food.

飯店人員親切,免費的早餐種類雖不多但很好吃,地點距離地鐵超近,逛心齋橋也非常方便

Location is convenient, but there’s a bar outside the hotel, it’s too noisy at night even I stay at the highest floor (9/F).

1) Tiny little room and lack of space I know that i booked and stayed in the economy room, i shouldn't expect so much of it, but it is really too small for traveler!!! The double bed room even can't open 2 luggage at the same time, i can't walk through to bath room if i open just 1 luggage!! That means i need to take stuff out which i need, but there is just few space for me to put them to!! 2) Cleaners problem The hotel cleaners only change towels and tidy up the bed for you even i put the "Clean up room please" tag on the door instead of "Change towels only" And i have packed all trash in a plastic bag and put it next to the rubbish bin, they still don't pick that for us Besides, i didn't put any tag on the door someday before i leave the room, the cleaner still keep knocking your door and try to get in 3) Impolite receptionist The hotel receptionist won't greet you when you passed by even you have eye contact with her, it is quite impolite I have stayed in many hotels in Japan like Hokkaido, Tokyo and Okinawa before, this is the worst experience of mine

The hotel location is very convenient which is near the metro station.

免費早餐,但一般! 地點方便SHOPPING

The hotel is clean and near metro stations (around 5 minutes walking distance). Staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

近心齋橋站（御堂筋紅色地鐵線） WiFi 穩定高速，但垃圾桶偏細，多一點垃圾都會滿. 酒店提供免費早餐，雖然只有麵包，白烚雞蛋，不同口味之小蛋糕，獅子狗/章魚燒丸子等，但食物質素以及咖啡味道不錯。可以一試。（早餐供應時間07:00-09:30，本人3天留宿分別食過09:00，08:00，07:00不同時間，個人感覺07:00比較好，食物款式選擇亦比較多。）

地點交通方便，近心齋橋太丸地鐵站，洒店有簡單早餐提供，還不錯。

No window and no view, check out time is 10am, very early and unreasonable!! The lobby has no seat for customers, no relevant to the price, quite disappointed.

空調很多灰塵 房間很小，兩個行李箱打開就快滿了 住四樓，樓下酒吧超吵，吵到2.3點 但位置很便利，但離個車站都還是要走一小段
