Nowhere to hang my towel and clothes in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang my clothes in the bedroom. Just a few hooks on the wall or doors would improve much.

地點方便，鄰近地鐵站和便利店，房間清潔，但略细小，兩人入住略嫌擠迫 地下設洗衣乾衣機並附洗衣液，一次洗乾衣少於500日圓，方便家庭客 員工友善

離水天宮前站只要3分鐘，且出站後就是7-11，回旅館前買東西很方便。可惜最近的出口是樓梯，行李箱搬運比較累，但大約在40階以內，還可接受。 房間以預算為主考量的人可接受，小而簡約。盥洗用品是DHC，水壓水溫都穩定，有潤髮乳對女生來講有加分，有提供桌鏡不一定要在浴室化妝不錯。 此行唯一缺點是最後幾天房內好像有跳蚤，兩人都被咬了

雖然是小雙人床，但是我身高184公分完全不會有腳在床外的問題。禁止吸菸的房間完全沒有菸味，鬱是的水量很豐沛，溫度也很好控制。冰箱有冰的乾淨杯子。房間的空間不大，必須在床上靠牆才能看電視，無法在桌邊一邊吃飯邊看電視。房間使用電子密碼鎖。如果提前抵達或是離開前有很多時間，可以寄放行李在櫃台。一樓有投幣式洗衣機與烘衣機各一台，櫃台有賣洗衣粉，洗衣機與烘衣機都很乾淨。距離最近的地鐵站是半藏門線hanzomon line的水天宮前站(suitengumae station)（走路約5分鐘內），其次是都營淺草線(toei asakusa line)人形町站(ningyocho station)（走路約15分鐘）。飯店的斜對面有利木津巴士(limousine bus)Air Terminal，可以輕鬆的前往成田(Narita Airport)或是羽田機場(Haneda Airport)。附近有便利商店、咖啡店、天婦羅店、外帶便當店。往人形町可以有更多商店。

少し入り込んだ場所にあり 騒音とか気になる

シャワー（高温）が出なかった。 翌日、部屋を変更された。

とにかく狭い。 ドアを開けると片手がユニットバスのドアに触れる状態で逆の手でベッドに手が届く。 シングルベッドの幅イコール室内の幅で、奥にあるクローゼットの前にはスーツケースなどは置けない。 ベッドのスプリングは劣化していてうるさく軋み、寝ようとするとありえないほど沈む。 禁煙部屋を選んだが、室内はほのかにタバコが臭う。 エレベーターと廊下は喫煙コーナーのようにくさい。 室内に冷蔵庫、レンジはあるが、あまり清潔ではない。 フロントでは日本語はあまり通じない。 鍵はナンバーロックタイプで、部屋番号＋日付っぽいので、安心はできない。

トイレとシャワーが分かれているのが良かった。電車か車の音が聞こえる。たまたま他の宿泊客が陽気に騒いでいた音が気になったけれど、総じてリーズナブルだと思います。

概ね良好で、コスパも良かったです

価格が平均よりも安めですが高速道路に隣接しており騒音が気になる方はNGと思います。

Clean property and pretty much what I expected for the price paid. Bonus that the room comes with a microwave and refrigerator. 5 minute walk from the metro and near 3 konbini, Aeon Supermarket, and TCAT to airport. Only issue was the bed was a little lumpy, but still comfortable after walking an average of 25k steps per day.

I booked here in a rush because my other hotel did not have working AC as promised. Looking for a room for 2 people and booking online for immediate check in, I chose the only available “double” room at Livemax. It was one bed in a room the size of a walk in closet. I guess “double” meant bed type, but I chose to book for 2 people and didn’t realize, I guess that part was my fault, but options were limited and we were running out of time to find a new hotel. It was double the price of the hotel without working AC, and one quarter of the size. Stayed here for two nights in a tiny one-bed room with my friend sleeping on the floor. Staff was nice and all, the place was clean and functional, but way overpriced for what it was. Maybe I’m not used to how they price and book “business hotels” over there, but it seems odd that a hotel less than half the price would be so much larger and have 2 beds. Both these hotels were 30 mins from shinjuku, just in different places. Lesson learned on rush-booking I guess. Not terrible, but you should know you’re getting a cruise-ship sized single room when you book here.

思ってたよりも狭かったが、ほぼお風呂入って寝るだけだったので全然良かった。 近くにコンビニが沢山あって良かった。

東京シティエアターミナルにごく近く、近所にお店も多く、隅田川のほとりなので朝夕夜のお散歩も楽しい。

思ったより、地下鉄などアクセスも良かったです。

I had a great time for the second time at this hotel, that I decided to stay for a longer stay.

Well too pricy for what it is, there is a strong smoke smell and a dusty smell, the room was not cleaned, the walls were yellow of dirt there is no natural light in the room
