room too small

一入到酒店，接待處態度並不友善，當晚差不過十一點CHECK IN，並沒有其他旅客，我們的行李只放在中間位置，女職員就已經示意請放好你們的行李，沒有主動協助，並有不屑的態度。 沒有想過房間的被窩是會有蚤子咬到整晚睡不著。 cushion有怪味，應該很久沒有洗。 床邊，窗邊的塵真是多到不得了，要抹過才可以放東西。

This hotel suitable for people who are only for business trip. If you are booking for vacation, other hotels probably will be a better choice.

性價比高,附近有Lawson和7-11,離鐵路站大約5分鐘步程

This place is good, walking distance to Ginza and Tsukiji Market. Just a little off to Tokyo station (at least 15 mins walking). Quiet, cleanliness, staff are nice .. you ask them for towel/etc- they give to you with a smile.

別のリブマックスと比べ、開放感がなく窮屈な感じがした。窓を開けると間近に隣のビルのかいだんがあり、レースのカーテンにする事もできなかった。 料金的に同じくらいなのに、ガッカリだった。 ネットで見る部屋と違いすぎる

Hotel was 2 min walk from train station. Room was small but clean. Lawson’s near by for food was very convenient.

Quiet, clean and walkable to train station...

Great location for us to be close to the station after arriving in Japan so that we could easily get the Shinkansen the next morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was fine for our purpose - staying only 1 night, but I wouldn't want to stay longer. The rooms are tiny and feel like they could use a bit of updating. Even though I booked for 4 people -2 adults and 2 children, and the staff saw us check in as a family of 4, we were only given towels for 2. Overall it was fine for 1 night to just get some sleep before moving on but I wouldn't return.

フロントのスタッフが不慣れなのか日本人でないからなのかカタコトの日本語で時間がかかる。 またこちらから予約しているにも関わらず、宿泊者情報を全て記入しなくては行けない。 部屋は暗く清潔感がない。シーツなど洗ってある感じであるが汚れがついていた。コップなども汚れたままだった。タオル、スリッパどれもとても古すぎる。新しいものに変えた方がいい。 部屋に電子レンジは必要ない。その分スペースが欲しい。何より掃除はしていると思うが、全体的に古すぎて汚れが落ちていないのだと思う。 エレベーターもとても遅いし、インバウンドのお客様がうるさくて落ち着かない。あと画像にあったアメニティ類はない。2度と泊まりたくない。

The room is perfect for just one person. To small for more than one. I arrived after 9pm, and the only option for check in was a self checking machine which was very confusing to operate for non Japanese speakers like myself.

Room is not clean and stuff not polite. No same day luggage storage. Not recommend

My first time in Japan. I was looking for a hotel in Ginza area. Hotel Livemax dis not disappoint. Very convenient to train station which is very important. Hotel was very clean. I came early and they allowed to keep my luggage until its time to check in. Thank you Hotel Livemax

Nice stores 5 mins away and a 7/11 2 mins away. The room was clean but when trying to do your laundry the dryer doesn’t fully dry your clothes and had to lay out my clothes around the room so I suggested going to a laundromat

The manager, Anita, was really rude and indifferent to you. If we asked for an extra towel or toilet paper they would give it with a lot of attitude. The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Don’t waste your money here. Save a bit more and go to a better hotel.
