離仙台車站很近,走3Ｆ經SPAL室內即可抵達飯店,下雨天不怕拖著行李在外面走 旅程要再搭JR去其他地方也都非常方便

客房乾淨，舒適，住在這邊三晚，非常適合當旅途第一天跟最後幾天的基地。第一晚住這邊，方便處理JR PASS的業務，也適合夜間覓食、當成認識仙台的起點。隔天早上我們到仙台朝市買佐藤錦櫻桃，吃飯糰、買可樂餅....，之後再搭車從八戶轉奧入瀨溪流，一切都非常的順利。員工很親切，最後兩晚的房型不同，她有幫我們做調整，雖然有加價，但飯店也給了折扣，讓人感受度很好。房間有浴缸，很適合旅途回來放鬆舒緩。倒數幾天，以這邊當基地，不論是藥妝、電器、服飾、動漫....，都很好補貨。要搭機的早上還能做最後一波採購，實在太方便了!

雙床間夠大，住起來很舒適，只是鄰近火車鐵軌，早晨能夠聽到火車聲。早餐還好，餐廳的地板踩起來黏黏的，覺得可以不用額外加價買早餐。車站內有很多選擇，若是要吃傳統的，也有仙台朝市可逛、可吃。員工服務很好，讓人感到安心。

位置極佳，不管晴天雨天，都很適合旅人，跟仙台JR共構，很好逛。附近有很多可採買補貨處，離朝市、排隊美食很近，如果再來仙台，唯一首選。

​An Exceptional 7-Night Stay – Spacious, Convenient, and Perfectly Located ​We recently spent 7 nights in a Premier Twin Room at the Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East, and it was a wonderful experience. At 40 square meters, the room was remarkably spacious with plenty of layout room, and the amenities provided were top-notch. ​As a JR hotel, the location couldn't be more convenient. Being directly connected to Sendai Station gave us seamless access to all JR lines and local transit, making daily sightseeing incredibly easy. ​The surrounding area is a shopper’s and foodie's paradise. With major malls like S-PAL, Parco, and Yodobashi right next door, alongside Sendai's famous covered shopping arcades just steps away, there is so much to see, do, and eat that you can easily fill your entire day right in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this hotel for an extended stay in Sendai!

交通、飲食、購物非常方便，並且4樓的住客休憩空間很舒適，晚上的時候可以看到仙台的夜景。

飯店位置非常好，離新幹線走路不到五分鐘就到，鄰近還有非常多的地方可以購物走走，買完直接回飯店放再出去，非常完美！而且飯店的服務人員非常友善，在這裡的住宿經驗非常美好！值得推薦！

車站共構還有標示牌，快速找到飯店。 房間很好應有盡有。

暖房適中 附近餐廳非常之方便

房間整潔，地點方便就在仙台站上面，買嘢食嘢就在附近，只是房間比預期少，不過一般日本酒店都是這樣

Last week stay here I gave 5 stars. This week’s stay I give it 3 stars. This week the check-in process was a disaster and a sign of poor management. And serves as a warning to hotel guests pre-arrival. I arrived at 1pm with a 3pm check-in time, no worries, checked in at the counter, passports and all, put luggage in storage and went out to enjoy the city and return back at 3pm. Thought I’d give them until 4pm so when I arrived the hotel it was at least 50 people in a cue/line waiting to check-in with the instructions to get to the back of the line. Left us furious. Though fully checked in at 1pm the hotel never took advantage of the fact that they could have been ahead of the game and issued room keys which would have cut this check-in process to a half or a third. I was told this happens every weekend. So warning if you are checking in on the weekend. This is not a language issue, it’s not a cultural issue, it’s a hotel management issue that can be solved if they put their head around it, but management seems unmotivated and the issue will continue.
