The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and they provided umbrellas and an iron upon request. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

We didn't spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep at the end of each day. Our room was clean and property was clean, though upon arrival their was bodily fluid in front of the steps from someone who most likely had too much alcohol. Check in was smooth as the staff used a translator to help transition the process, check out was simple and took less than 5 minutes. Conveniently located minutes away from the train station and other amenities. Area was quiet and cozy. Would definitely stay again when we return next year.

離龜戶車站很近，但車站出口有2個，靠近飯店的南口沒有任何電梯。如果有大行李則只能從北口走10分鐘才能到達住宿點，週邊有百貨公司地下室生鮮超市有便宜的蟹飯便當，好吃到瞬間回到北海道的感覺，還有3 coin，無印良品等等如果白天跑景點沒時間購物，晚上回飯店順路買就不用擔心提重物搭車，飯店備品也齊全幾乎什麼都不用帶，提著空皮箱就可以出國了，下次旅行的首選

I was quite disappointed with my stay. I have previously stayed with this hotel group and had a very positive experience with their clean and stylish design, so my expectations were high, but this visit was far from it.
The location was not convenient, requiring a walk of over 15 minutes to reach either the JR or Metro station. The hotel is split into two buildings, and our room was in the second one, which has no front desk staff. This was very inconvenient, as we had to walk to the first building just to get fresh towels since there was no daily room cleaning service.
The building is located in a quiet residential area, which was a plus. However, the room's design was very strange, feeling like a converted residential unit with an "uncomfortable" layout. The door opened outwards, which felt a bit unsafe. The room also felt a bit old in some areas, with a strange mix of an older front section and a more recently renovated bathroom area.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and the "uncomfortable" feeling in the room was a major drawback. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

酒店職員態度友善、有禮，沒有大問題。不過整體格局有點像學生宿舍，房內設施略顯老舊。入口附近看起來有點歷史感，但走進去幾步後，內部似乎是重新裝修過的，尤其是浴室，看得出是近期翻新的。不過搭電梯上樓後，天井的設計有點奇怪，讓人感覺有點怪和不舒服。 連續四晚每晚沒有清潔服務，如要職員清潔要另加錢收費，連續但毛巾可以每天聯絡前台職員更換。
另外他們是兩座，我們住的有一座沒有reception，有什麼需要都要行去對面那幢聯絡職員，不方便。

住宿期間若要整理房間需要另外收費。房間內垃圾要自行拿到後方垃圾場。餐廳的菜色尚可，但需要避開尖峰時段，不然菜都會被拿完得等候補貨。浴室雖然小還是有浴缸，免治馬桶也有！一樓可以拿卸妝油化妝水等用品。價格實惠。

以這個價格來說，已經算是優等了。附近交通很方便，走路五分鐘到JR龜戶站，Hotel旁邊也有很多百貨可以逛，Lawson出門就在路口對面。廁所與房間內的垃圾桶比較小，建議自己多準備一個塑膠袋另外裝垃圾
