鬼怒川温泉駅から徒歩10分くらいでした。施設は古いですが、大きなホテルで部屋も広くて
過ごし安かったです。
朝ご飯も美味しかったし温泉も広くて満足でした。

年季が入っているので外観や内装は古いのですが、逆に昭和っぽさを感じられ私は好きでした。
温泉も貸し切りの露天風呂は予約が全然とれませんでしたが、大浴場も良かったです。
スタッフの方が優しい方が多く満足しました。
朝食もコロナ対策をしており、ビニール手袋を配布されて良かったです。
宿泊利用者に売店で使える500円クーポンを頂けたり、ポイントカードにポイント頂けたり満足しました。
また次回も利用したいと思いました。

會選擇這間溫泉飯店就是想吃它的自助式晚餐，結果晚上因為觀光區交通車的問題，推算無法趕上晚餐時段，便去電飯店協調飯店留二份晚餐，結果飯店回覆不願意幫我們留晚餐，要我們自己去便利商店買，服務態度超差一點也不推薦

性價比算係唔錯, 酒店lobby很大而其中有部量血壓機免費使用這點有些意外, 可能因為較多長者入住關係 另外一邊仲有小型遊戲機失和唱卡拉ok的房間, 溫泉方便有點奇怪室內大浴場設在2樓，而露天風呂就設在1樓，他們內部是不相通的， 另外仲有兩間貸切風呂。 食物方便質素普通啦選擇不多沒有酒精類飲品。 步行大約五分鐘有一間便利店， 如果架車的話建議去大約車程五分鐘的超市關門時間為晚上9點值得推介。

not bad. ok only. private onsen can b used for 30 mins with reservation at frontdesk, not hot enough though. outdoor onsen is quite good and cosy. indoor onsen is too hot in my opinion, like literally scald.
DINNER IS very very very normal only. no expectatioon like what others said. the hotpot with beef is ok though but those so called buffer style dishes suckssssssssssss. chicken is cold. dumplings are cold. just feed myself full with the rice. hope they can improve the quality. dinner starts at 0630, fixed time. food is cold already at 0635pm. gosh........very sucks.
room wise is ok.
outdoor onsen no bathing facilities , so may need to go to indoor onsen for bathing if you r not gonna bath inside your room.
overall stay ok, but not expect too much, price is fair enough
walk ard 10 mins from station but easy to find

價錢十分相宜的一泊兩食溫泉酒店. 在鬼怒川溫泉火車站5分鐘車程.
酒店在河邊, 位置十分好. 有戶外和室內溫泉. 到還可免費預約私人溫泉30分鐘.
兩食真的很一般, 食慣好的兩食, 就可能唔慣.
不過一般溫泉酒店要有的, 那裡也有.

THE昭和ホテルって感じでした、値段なりでそれなりです。サービスは悪くなかったです。屋上露天風呂は良かったです。
客室の照明のなかにたくさん虫の死骸がいたのは虫とか苦手な方は嫌かも知れません。

建物が古いのは仕方ないが、メンテナンスもオペレーションも改善余地が多い 食事（バイキング）の質、種類は低価格なりで、満足度はかなり低い 食事会場の皿の多くが洗い残しあり、食事する前から食欲を無くすだろう 宿泊料金を安く設定してるとしても（3連休で高かったが）、お金を取ってサービスを提供する最低限のレベルを下回っていると感じた 温泉の泉質はいいかもしれないが、脱衣場は汚い 扇風機のカバーに蓄積したホコリに経営者の考え方が表れている気がした 値段で選ぶとしても心の準備は必要
