羅索輕井澤飯店

my booking is 2 nights for 3 guests. Upon arrival, there are 3 bottles of water for 3 guests. I have asked to supply another 3 bottles of water but the Manager said water supply is only for 1st day of booking, no more for how long we lived. I have stayed other hotels worldwide, they have supplied new bottles of water every day.

酒店距離輕井澤站不遠，步行大約十分鐘到達。早上有免費提供簡單早餐，入住兩晚，只有第一天有兩瓶水。如果門窗掛上請勿打擾牌的話，沒有將毛巾掛在門外，要到前台詢問，才會提供。

Check out time too early , at 10:00

床跟棉被都很舒服

服務非常好，房間非常乾淨，環境好，離車站也不遠。

Outlet 就在JR駅另一邊, 非常方便 酒店距離JR駅十多分鐘的腳程 周邊只有便利店, 晚上11:00關門

乾淨舒適整齊、櫃檯人員親切有禮、英文非常好

房間寬敞清潔，寢具品質非常舒適，用品齊全可泡澡非常舒服。房間整體而言超乎期待，值得再來。

環境清靜

落住大雪拉住個篋冇穿梭巴士有啲麻煩 但勝在一到步工作人員見濕晒就比毛巾抹身同個篋

連休の値段は高すぎる！

Comfy bed, reasonably sized room, with shuttle provided to the shopping outlets nearby train station and the skiing centre.

The hotel is around 5-7 mins walking from the station. The location is also easy to find. The receiption is super helpful and nice. The room is specious with 2 beds. it is also very clean. The outlet is also within walking distance. I think this hotel is great in value.

酒店整體好好，酒店所提供的早餐就強差人意，另外一間日本連鎖酒店所提供的免費早餐還要簡單

Front desk are nice and polite, speaks fluent English.

水不是送要俾$，早餐一般段 位置好

住宿舒適，衞生整潔。

飯店位於輕井澤車站走路10分鐘內可以到達，巷口就有Lawson超市；櫃檯和其他工作人員都很親切；飯店雖然不新但該有的設備都有，維持地很好也打掃得很乾淨，一樓大廳有提供備品自行取用；飯店附的早餐雖然品項不多，但都好吃；推薦大家可以選擇該飯店！
