京セラドームにも新大阪にも近くて、最寄りの阿波座駅からも直ぐで利便性がよく、土地勘なくても動き回るのにとても便利でした。ホテルのスタッフの方々の対応も親切で感じが良かったです。建物自体は古そうでしたが、清潔感があっていいホテルです。また利用させて頂きます。ただ、阿波座駅周辺に飲食店が少なかったのは残念でしたが、施設自体は大満足でしたので、そこまで気にはならなかったですり

整體來說相當不錯,旁邊有全家跟另一間便利商店,路口轉角有一間鮮魚店,不過附近沒有什麼機能,還好的是距離本町只有一站,算是在鬧區旁的小郊區.從阿波座一號出口走出來,沒有電梯的確讓人很苦惱,不過鍛鍊肌肉倒是不錯.

不太適合觀光旅遊，因為附近生活機能不能好，沒有可逛的地方附近都是辦公大樓，早餐時段太短(只有2小時，對於隔天有計畫的房客極不方便)，房間太小走道太窄住兩個人會太擁擠，總之，要住之前先查看是否適合自己的行程再說

公用大水池很好，可以舒服的洗澡，泡汤，消除一天玩乐的疲惫和脚酸痛，比窩在房间内小小浴室好多了。适合纯玩，如果以购物為主则离各大商圈稍远，不能逛24小时店，沒地铁回饭店。

It is near Awaza Station Exit No.1 but no escalator (3-5 mins walk). If you have heavy luggage, should use Exit No.3 with lift (5-8 mins walk). However, the central air-conditioning system in the room is really poor (doesn't work). In March / April, the room is rather hot at night even you set the thermostat at 17/18 degree celcius. I can only open the window as the outside temperature is around 16 degree celcius. I can't imagine if you go there in summer how hot the room will be. Note the Hot Onsen (Spring)pool on the top floor is very small. For comfortable SPA, I think 6 people at most. The pool is so small that it is impossible to have 10 or more people inside.
