The staff didn’t tell us the additional charge when we ask for something and the charge us money when we check out. This is really bad

不適合一般旅遊人士，根本是情侶酒店！普通旅客入住時感覺不舒服！雖然還算整潔，但房門不能自己打開，要打電話叫前枱開門，太不方便了！好處是可以泊車。

有點歷史的時鐘酒店，地方整潔，有免費泊車，非常近渡月橋

早朝から荷物を駅に取りに来てもらったり朝食の時間なども柔軟に対応してくださってとても助かりました。一人で利用するのにはもったいないくらい広いお部屋で数泊すれば良かったと後悔してます。 近くにはあまり施設がない為静かに寝れました。 鈴虫寺、松尾大社方面に行く方はタクシーを呼べばすぐに着きます。

Anuncian desayuno incluido y es solo pan que lo dejan en la habitación a través de una ventanita en la puerta, como de reos. No hay lavadora de ropa. La estación de autobús está a 12 minutos caminando.

Didn’t know it was a ‘love hotel’ when I ordered but still had fun. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was fair, instant coffee/tea in the room available. Kettle was very useful as we had ramen every night. You have to talk with Google Translate to the receptionist. The strangest part was the door system: to go in or out you have to call the reception, which wasn’t very convenient. The window was very small and you cannot fully open it. Otherwise, excellent experience. The room is huge, bathtub and shower is in a giant separate room ( not sure why).

朝食のパンに、前日に購入していたドリンクやウイダーゼリー等と一緒にいただきました。

駅まで迎えに来てくれるのと、朝も送迎してくれるので、とても助かりました。部屋が広くて良かったです。次京都に行く時はまた行きたいです。

電気ケトルに、前の方のお湯が残っており、少し怖かったです。 しかしながら、部屋も広くタバコ臭くもなく過ごしやすかった。 また、朝食が思ってよりもしっかりしていて良かったです。

Propriétaire très sympathique et très accueillante. Chambre plus que spatieuse, propre et bénéficiant de toutes les commodités necessaires. La salle de bain est un plus avec une très grande baignoire. Le plus du logement est le fait qu'un chauffeur vous récupère à votre arrivée à la gare et vous dépose au moment du départ à la dite gare. On recommande fortement!

Close to bamboo forest, being first time in Japan, the meaning of adults only is different than at resorts, but l was surprised by the comfort and the shuttle service provided. And the breakfast sandwiches were delicious.

Not happy with the service as expected.

朝にはサンドイッチを届けてくださり、帰りには嵐電嵐山駅までお車でお送りしてただけてとてもサービスの充実したホテルでした。また嵐山に来た際ご利用させて頂こうと思っております。

一人旅、2泊3日で利用しました。 フロントの方の気遣いが素晴らしいと思いました。

スタッフさんがとにかく優しかったです！朝食も美味しかった！

Horrible place, we booked it for 2 nights. Once it took half hour walk from the train station. We didn’t stay at the place because we felt unsafe and booked another hotel and left

It was as described. Big and roomy. Easy walk to restaurants. Friendly helpful management. Free pick up and drop off at the train station

So we didn’t realise it was a sex hotel & went as a family yet the service was fantastic & strange we were provided a ride to local places such as train station pick up & bamboo forest, great Japanese restaurants 10 mins walk Strangely you are locked in the room & must call reception to be let out yet the rooms are spacious with unique designs & all sexual extras are optional so you can forget you are staying in a broffle

This property is very cheap for the size and quality of the room. There was some questionable stains on the couch but besides that everything else was rather clean for the nature of the hotel
