住宿舒適，附近有便利店，職員態度友善。5分鐘到地鐵站。

職員熱心服務，入住時介紹室內各家具的用法。另外，當我需要額外衣架時，當下拿全新的給我。每天早上有免費咖啡，十分貼心。

房間的設備齊全，衛生整潔程度十分好，室內有足夠活動空間供4人共用，整體而言不俗，值得推介。但唯一的問題是要步行10-15分鐘到附近的地鐵站。

Very clean hotel, the only downside is a bit far and beds are small. Staff are very nice

地點與車站比心目中距離遠，尤其是當拿著行李時，路面不平還要橫過大小馬路才能到達。附近也沒有什麼商店，行五分鐘只有一間71，再沒有其他。酒店房間一進去覺舒適，如家的感覺，但到了第二天發現垃圾沒有清，床鋪沒執拾，即使已貼清潔板於門外，等三天只掉了垃圾，床鋪也沒執拾，第四天才把被蓋好，但還是沒有更換床單，如果我們再住長一點，床單不知是否繼續不更換直到退房！好的是房內有洗衣亁衣機，不須往外等候。

Good location, spacious room and well equipped. Helpful staff - taught us how to use washing machine. It is very convenient to use password instead of card. Highly Recommendation.

Great, clean, cheerful/nice staff & like home but there are few things can be approved as follows: 1. put an internal phone in each room (at least we can connect to the reception & room to room); 2. toilet paper is too thin; 3. add a door bell to each room.

The hotel room is so nice. it was very clean and new.

住宿地點離地鐵站很近，附近有24hr超市，非常便利方便，房間寬敞整潔，整理住宿很滿意

房間有家的感覺，像公寓一樣，基本設施都有齊，甚至連洗衣機都有，洗手間和浴室是分開的，這很好喲！清潔每兩天一次，有需要的話可以在門口貼上牌子，酒店位於民居巷子裡，夜晚會很靜，附近有一家24小時營業的超市，買東西算方便！房門是密碼鎖，不用鑰匙和房卡，所以要記住密碼哦！

Manager Taka and Cathleen were genuinely kind and helpful. They made our stay feel comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect. We loved our stay!

Hotel agréable pour passer quelques jours à Tokyo. Le personnel est très sympathique et parle anglais. La chambre triple était grande et équipée d’une cuisine et d’une salle de bains avec machine à laver et séchoir. L’immeuble entier est rénové et propre. Le quartier est calme et le silence respecté dans l’hôtel. C’est un quartier résidentiel, ce qui le rend attachant. Il est en revanche un peu excentré. Il est à 7 minutes du métro à pied ce qui est quand même pratique. Mais la prochaine fois je regarderai l’autre hôtel Sails, à Asakusa, qui est plus proche des centres d’intérêt. Merci pour l’accueil et le calme !
