酒店房內有蝨，床舖，被子，椅子同地毯都應該有，晚上睡覺會很難受，晚上都會半夜起身幾次，而且換過床單被舖後反而嚴重左，我們要去藥妝店買驅蟲噴霧捱過幾日。。。
另外，浴室內浴缸去水差，其中一間房倒灌情況很嚴重，本身酒店每大清潔一次，支持環保是好但前提是酒店本身能保持乾淨清潔，清潔時根本沒有清潔浴缸內去水的頭髮。
另一個嚴重問題係執房的人會偷竊，第一發現關閉的行李箱被打開，之後有日我們食完早餐返酒店房，見到有一個職員在我酒店房附近匆忙驚慌離開，入房後發現手信禮物都有被打開了過，沒有完整封好。另一間房亦發現現金少了。
不要預期有枝裝水，每天應該有的房內咖啡茶包不會每日供應，有杯沒有茶匙，房內放一個大行李箱都好勉強，基本上難以走動，不用期望2個行李箱。整體感覺都不是一間完善給旅客的酒店，反而似給短暫1日逗留的。

Great value for a comfortable room at the heart of Ginza. Bathroom size is ok, bath tub is spacious and shower is nice. The toilet seat in our room is with a bit of smell, hygiene could be better if this could be resolved.

They have two pillows in the room. One is too flat and another is with beans inside. Both are of bad quality and finally I hurt my neck with torn muscle that I can’t even look up.
In fact they have better pillow but you have to ask before they will give it to you.
