酒店服務好，地理位置佳

自助入住及退房，大量旅行團、學生等等，非常多人，大堂員工對說英文客人不太主動

位置離東京市區較偏ㄧ些，離地鐵站約10分鐘，附近有海歐線有明站，和臨海線國際展場站，走到這站去澀谷約30分鐘，算蠻方便的！ 整個飯店很新，空間蠻大！ 還和旁邊的mall連通，逛街吃飯很方便！

I needed to attend an exhibition, so I arrived one day in advance and stayed in the same hotel. Before arriving in Japan, I had inquired with the hotel front desk whether I could stay in the same hotel without checking out because I needed to attend the exhibition. I had to check out, but when I checked in, the front desk confirmed that I didn't need to check out the next day until the exhibition was over. In addition, the room was clean and large suitcases could be opened easily. It is worth staying here.

整體非常好， 雖然樓下已經係商場，有食市 ，超市， 但離東京市中心有一段距離，所以扣小小分

The room is clean and big. Enjoy the service, and staff are very polite and helpful

遠離市中心 好處是寧靜 不好是去市中心花時間 附近屋苑住宅區多，有鐵路線直出新宿不用轉車 旁邊就有一個大商場，但上午11時才開業。 早餐不吃酒店的話，我只找到便利店的三文治。 便利店也很近，晚上買小吃也很方便。

非常好的體驗，下次還來

酒店樓下就是商場，坐海鷗線一個站就到豐州市場，非常方便。

Everything is good except the room is small that it is very difficult to open luggage cases if you come with family.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The rooms aren’t very spacious but the location itself is what keeps me coming back. The room this time wasn’t quite as clean as the first time I stayed here. The pillows caused both I and my girlfriend to have terrible neck/shoulder pain. The bathroom had a nasty smell and the shower temperature kept fluctuating from scalding hot to freezing cold mid-shower. The room itself was a little too close to the elevator and the window curtains wouldn’t close all the way. If you’re a late sleeper, these things would make it impossible to stay in bed past 8:30. The front desk staff was courteous whenever we initiated contact with them, but when their auto check-in machines were giving us problems, there was no help to be found. Not sure if I’ll be back here a third time when I return to Tokyo.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, who took the initiative to help me through the checkin and checkout. Location is quite close to the stations and just next to the shopping mall and the theatre. Hotel room is spacious in Tokyo standard, but personally I think more space could be allocated to the bathroom. The window is not utilising the whole wall area but I believe this is again Tokyo standard. My booking includes the hotspring ticket, and the hotspring is top quality for a hotel. Overall a very good, tidy and clean hotel.

Very convenient to the shopping mall

飯店整潔舒適，旁邊就有大型購物中心跟美食街，生活需求都可以滿足所需，而且也有通道可以通往購物中心，有要去附近的運動設施也很方便，距離地鐵站步行約5分鐘，很推薦大家！

The shuttle bus service available time very limited and The last shuttle bus service ends too early, which is quite inconvenient. -The location is quite far away of the city. -They have different kind of school, travel agencies tours and company events etc…they stuck at the lobby and elevator and we saw one guy washing his feet at the lobby - sitting area ….very noisy most of the times.

早餐時間超多人，星期六早上0830開始等候入餐廳，排隊等了30分鐘才可以入座，早餐0930last order，令到吃早餐有點時間不夠。

因工作需要到附近展覽會場十分方便，酒店設施很新，也設有商場，十分便利。
