Nothing to complain about my experience with Intercontinental Osaka. The room is spacious and modern, the twin room is super big to accommodate my family of 3 adults. All facilities are there for our needs. This is my second time to stay in this hotel and I will surely come again in future if I visit Osaka. Last but not least, all the servicing staffs are passionate in their jobs when they placed customers in the first place. Thanks all of you to make me feel so good during my 3 nights there!

The walk to Osaka Station and the subway is further than I thought. Not the best location for my visit to Expo. The hotel room is clean and spacious and the staff are helpful.!

It's not enough lighting in the room. Too dark at night. If we have more options to control the level of lighting, it would be prefect. Feel uncomfortable for not enough lighting but except that, everything prefect, especially the breakfast

The staff are polite and helpful. I got upgraded to a club room as this was my second stay here this year. A young guy called Kenya was especially warm and considerate. He even walked us out to the 1/F of the hotel after we checked out.

The room I booked had an open kitchen and washing machines. The kitchen has enough equipment but without any cooking oils and seasoning. I think I need to take some of my own next time. For the washing machine, they had brought up a few packs of washing powder to me upon my request. But then later when I tried to start the machine, I found there is already a pack inside the powder intake compartment.
